Claims (10)
- 線状のヒータ本体が伝熱管に収容された電熱ヒータであって、
前記ヒータ本体は、一対の端部が前記伝熱管の一端側から導出されるように前記伝熱管内に折り返し部を有しており、前記伝熱管の一部に沿うように形成される発熱部と、前記発熱部を前記伝熱管の外部に電気的に接続可能なリード部とを備え、
前記ヒータ本体は、電気抵抗率が高い金属材料からなる線状体の表面の一部を、前記線状体の材料よりも電気抵抗率が低い金属材料からなる被覆体で被覆した部分が前記リード部を構成し、前記線状体が露出した部分が前記発熱部を構成する電熱ヒータ。 - 前記折り返し部は、前記発熱部に形成されている請求項1に記載の電熱ヒータ。
- 前記発熱部は、形状記憶合金または高張力線材からなる請求項1または請求項2いずれかに記載の電熱ヒータ。
- 線状のヒータ本体が伝熱管に収容された電熱ヒータであって、
前記ヒータ本体は、一対の端部が前記伝熱管の一端側から導出されるように前記伝熱管内に折り返し部を有しており、前記伝熱管の一部に沿うように形成される発熱部と、前記発熱部を前記伝熱管の外部に電気的に接続可能なリード部とを備え、
前記伝熱管は、両端が開口されており、内部に封止樹脂が充填されている電熱ヒータ。 - 前記封止樹脂は、エポキシ樹脂である請求項4に記載の電熱ヒータ。
- 前記ヒータ本体は、絶縁体を介して同軸状に配置される内部導体および外部導体を備え、前記内部導体および前記外部導体が端部において導通されることにより前記折り返し部が形成されており、
前記発熱部は、前記外部導体の一部を軸線に沿って高抵抗部とすることにより形成されている請求項4または5に記載の電熱ヒータ。 - 前記伝熱管内における前記発熱部近傍の温度を検出する温度検出素子を更に備え、前記温度検出素子の測温部が前記伝熱管の内周面に接触している請求項1〜6いずれかに記載の電熱ヒータ。
- 線状のヒータ本体が伝熱管に収容された電熱ヒータであって、
前記ヒータ本体は、一対の端部が前記伝熱管の一端側から導出されるように前記伝熱管内に折り返し部を有しており、前記伝熱管の一部に沿うように形成される発熱部と、前記発熱部を前記伝熱管の外部に電気的に接続可能なリード部とを備える電熱ヒータを製造する方法であって、
高抵抗金属材料からなる線状体の表面の一部を、前記線状体の材料よりも電気抵抗率が低い低抵抗金属材料で被覆すると共に、前記線状体に前記折り返し部を形成して前記ヒータ本体を製造する第1の工程と、
前記ヒータ本体を前記伝熱管に収容する第2の工程とを備え、
前記線状体が前記低抵抗金属材料で被覆された部分が前記リード部を構成し、前記線状体が露出した部分が前記発熱部を構成する電熱ヒータの製造方法。 - 前記発熱部は、高張力線材から形成されて、外装体により覆われており、
前記第2の工程は、前記発熱部を湾曲させたときの弾性力によって、前記発熱部を、前記外装体を介して前記伝熱管の内周面に密着させる請求項8に記載の電熱ヒータの製造方法。 - 前記発熱部は、形状記憶合金から形成されて、外装体により覆われており、
前記第2の工程は、前記発熱部を前記伝熱管に収容した後に加熱変形させて、前記発熱部を、前記外装体を介して前記伝熱管の内周面に密着させる請求項8に記載の電熱ヒータの製造方法。
