Description
即ち、本発明は、流体を輸送する配管の外面に装着して前記配管を加熱する配管用ヒータであって、一方向又は二方向の形状が記憶された形状記憶合金線と、前記形状記憶合金線を覆う柔軟性を備えた耐熱性樹脂とで構成され、前記耐熱性樹脂は長尺方向全長にわたってスリットを備え、通電することにより自己加熱しAs点を超えると、予め記憶された形状に回復し、前記配管に密着して加熱を持続するとともに、通電を停止することにより温度が低下しMs点以下になると、前記配管から取り外し及び前記配管への取り付けが可能になるよう構成されたことを特徴とする。

Claims (1)
- 流体を輸送する配管の外面に装着して前記配管を加熱する配管用ヒータであって、一方向又は二方向の形状が記憶された形状記憶合金線と、前記形状記憶合金線を覆う柔軟性を備えた耐熱性樹脂とで構成され、前記耐熱性樹脂は長尺方向全長にわたってスリットを備え、通電することにより自己加熱しAs点を超えると、予め記憶された形状に回復し、前記配管に密着して加熱を持続するとともに、通電を停止することにより温度が低下しMs点以下になると、前記配管から取り外し及び前記配管への取り付けが可能になるよう構成されたことを特徴とする配管用ヒータ。
