Claims (6)
- 일정한 곡률을 가지는 배관이나 저장탱크와 같은 대상물에 결합되어, 상기 대상물에서 필요로 하는 열을 발생시켜 상기 대상물에 가해지도록 하는 가요성 에어 히터에 있어서,일정한 패턴으로 열선이 배열되어 있는 히팅 매트;상기 히팅 매트 상부에 위치, 고정되며, 에어 홀이 일정 간격으로 이격된 상태로 형성되어 있는 에어 매트;상기 에어 매트 상부에 위치, 고정되며, 상기 에어 매트의 형상을 유지하기 위한 형상유지수단; 및상기 형상유지수단의 상부에 위치되며, 상기 에어 매트의 강도를 유지하기 위한 강도유지수단으로,이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 가요성 에어 히터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 형상유지수단은 형상기억합금 또는 형상 스프링인 것을 특징으로 하는 가요성 에어 히터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 강도유지수단은, 세라믹 섬유이며, 상기 세라믹 섬유 상부에 실리콘으로 코팅되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가요성 에어 히터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 히팅 매트와 상기 에어 매트는, 접착부재에 의해 부착, 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가요성 에어 히터.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 접착부재는, 실리콘 접착제인 것을 특징으로 하는 가요성 에어 히터.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 세라믹 섬유의 두께를 조절하여 상기 가요성 에어 히터의 강도를 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가요성 에어 히터.
