Claims (3)
- 全長区間にわたって一対の分離面が形成されている管形態の断熱層部と、
前記断熱層部を囲むように前記断熱層部の外表面に結合された外皮と、
前記断熱層部の内側に設置された発熱線を備えた発熱層部と、
前記発熱層部を囲むように前記発熱層部の内側に設置された内皮と、
を有する配管用ヒーターにおいて、
前記断熱層部は、ポリイミドフォームで形成されたポリイミドフォーム層を含み、
前記ポリイミドフォーム層と前記発熱線との間に配置され、前記ポリイミドフォーム層に散在する気泡が前記発熱線から伝達される熱により消滅することを防止する保護層部をさらに含むことを特徴とする、配管用ヒーター。 - 前記保護層部は、ポリイミドフィルムで形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の配管用ヒーター。
- 前記保護層部は、ポリイミド繊維で織った織物の両面にポリイミド樹脂をコーティングすることで形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の配管用ヒーター。
