Description
本発明の一の態様に係る蒸気タービン設備は、蒸気を発生させるボイラと、前記蒸気で駆動される蒸気タービンと、前記蒸気タービンから排気された蒸気を水に戻す復水器と、前記復水器で生成された水を給水として前記ボイラに戻す給水配管と、前記給水配管に、薬液を注入することで前記給水のpHを調整する注入装置と、を備え、前記注入装置は、前記給水配管に接続されて、前記薬液が流れる注入配管と、前記注入配管に設けられて、前記薬液を前記給水配管に注入する注入用ポンプと、前記注入配管における前記注入用ポンプよりも下流側、かつ、前記注入配管中の空気抜き対象部位よりも上流側に接続された押出用配管と、前記押出用配管に押出用の液体を送水する押出用ポンプと、を備え、前記押出用ポンプの吐出量は、前記注入用ポンプの吐出量よりも大きいことを特徴とする。
また、 給水配管中の水質を適切な状態に維持することができる蒸気タービン設備を提供することができる。
以下、本発明の一実施形態に係る注入装置1について、図面を参照して説明する。
蒸気タービン設備100は、ボイラ61と、蒸気タービン51と、蒸気タービン51に接続される外部機器52と、復水器53と、給水ポンプ33と、注入装置1と、補給装置2と、を有している。
注入装置1における薬液タンク41には、上述のヒドラジンやアンモニア等の薬液が貯留されている。薬液タンク41から供給された薬液は、注入配管3を通って給水配管18におけるボイラ61の上流に注入される。上述のように注入される薬液により給水のpHが調整されるため、給水配管18の腐食を防ぐことができる。
より詳細には、B押出用配管6Bは、洗浄用配管5における補給水用ポンプ32から接続部Cにかけての部分と、押出用配管6における接続部Cから注入配管3にかけての部分と、を含む。

Claims (3)
- 蒸気を発生させるボイラと、
前記蒸気で駆動される蒸気タービンと、
前記蒸気タービンから排気された蒸気を水に戻す復水器と、
前記復水器で生成された水を給水として前記ボイラに戻す給水配管と、
前記給水配管に、薬液を注入することで前記給水のpHを調整する注入装置と、を備え、
前記注入装置は、
前記給水配管に接続されて、前記薬液が流れる注入配管と、
前記注入配管に設けられて、前記薬液を前記給水配管に注入する注入用ポンプと、
前記注入配管における前記注入用ポンプよりも下流側、かつ、前記注入配管中の空気抜き対象部位よりも上流側に接続された押出用配管と、
前記押出用配管に押出用の液体を送水する押出用ポンプと、を備え、
前記押出用ポンプの吐出量は、前記注入用ポンプの吐出量よりも大きいことを特徴とする蒸気タービン設備。 - 前記給水配管における前記注入配管との接続箇所よりも上流側には前記給水を送水する送水ポンプが設けられ、
前記押出用配管は前記給水配管に設けられた前記送水ポンプの下流側、かつ、前記給水配管と前記注入配管との接続箇所よりも上流側に接続され、
前記送水ポンプが前記押出用ポンプを兼ねることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蒸気タービン設備。 - 前記注入配管における前記注入用ポンプよりも上流側に洗浄用の液体を送る洗浄用配管と、
前記洗浄用配管に洗浄用の液体を送水する洗浄用ポンプと、を備え、
前記押出用配管は、前記洗浄用配管における前記洗浄用ポンプよりも下流側に接続されており、
前記洗浄用ポンプが前記押出用ポンプを兼ねることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の蒸気タービン設備。
