Description
前記布帛の裏面に、樹脂、難燃剤および旭硝子株式会社製アサヒガードAG−E080を含有したバッキング樹脂層が積層されていることを特徴とする布帛。
前記布帛の片面に、樹脂、難燃剤および旭硝子株式会社製アサヒガードAG−E080を含有したバッキング樹脂層を積層する工程と、を含むことを特徴とする布帛の製造方法。
前記加熱乾燥後の布帛を70℃〜100℃の温度の湯で水洗した後、100℃〜135℃の温度で乾燥させる工程と、
前記水洗、乾燥を経て得られた布帛の片面に、樹脂、難燃剤および旭硝子株式会社製アサヒガードAG−E080を含有したバッキング樹脂層を積層する工程と、を含むことを特徴とする布帛の製造方法。
液流染色機で黒色に染色し、還元洗浄した後に乾燥させてなるポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)製布帛を、日華化学株式会社製「NKガード S−0671」(フッ素含有有機化合物A)を7質量%含有し、イソシアネート系架橋剤を0.7質量%、水を92.3質量%含有してなる水性処理液に3秒間浸漬した後、前記布帛を水性処理液から取り出し、次いで前記布帛をマングルで絞った後、150℃で1.5分間加熱乾燥させた(浸漬工程)。なお、処理液のピックアップは55質量%であった。
マングルによる絞りの程度を実施例1よりも強くすることによって日華化学株式会社製「NKガードS−0671」(Tg:40℃)の付着量(乾燥状態)を0.68質量部に設定した以外は、実施例1と同様にして、防汚性布帛1を得た。
水性エマルジョン液として、ポリリン酸アンモニウム塩(APP)を16.4質量%、ウレタン系樹脂7質量%、旭硝子株式会社製「アサヒガードAG−E080(アニオン性)」を9質量%、水を64.6質量%、増粘剤を3質量%含有してなる水性エマルジョン液を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして、防汚性布帛1を得た。
水性エマルジョン液として、ポリリン酸アンモニウム塩(APP)を14.1質量%、ウレタン系樹脂9.4質量%、旭硝子株式会社製「アサヒガードAG−E080(アニオン性)」を3質量%、水を70.5質量%、増粘剤を3質量%含有してなる水性エマルジョン液を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして、防汚性布帛1を得た。得られた防汚性布帛1において、バッキング樹脂層の付着量(バッキング樹脂層形成量)は35g/m2であった。
湯洗工程における洗浄湯の温度を70℃に設定し、湯洗後の加熱乾燥温度を135℃に設定した以外は、実施例1と同様にして、防汚性布帛1を得た。
バックコート工程における加熱乾燥時間を1.6分に設定した以外は、実施例1と同様にして、防汚性布帛1を得た。
水性処理液として、イソシアネート系架橋剤を7.7質量%、水を92.3質量%含有してなる水性処理液を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして、防汚性布帛を得た。
オイルを防汚性布帛の表面に滴下し、この滴下物(オイル)を乾燥ウエスで拭き取った後、該拭き取り面を汚染用グレースケールを用いて防汚性を評価した。即ち、汚染用グレースケールで4級又は5級と判定されたものを「○」(合格)とし、汚染用グレースケールで1級、2級又は3級と判定されたものを「×」とした。
オイルを防汚性布帛の表面に滴下し、常温下および80℃雰囲気下でそれぞれ24時間放置した後、防汚性布帛の裏面を観察し、オイルの浸透の有無を調べた。また、水を防汚性布帛の表面に滴下し、常温下および80℃雰囲気下でそれぞれ24時間放置した後、防汚性布帛の裏面を観察し、水の浸透の有無を調べた。オイルを用いた試験および水を用いた試験のいずれにおいても防汚性布帛の裏面側への浸透がなかったものを「○」(合格)とし、少なくともいずれかにおいて防汚性布帛の裏面側への浸透があったものを「×」とした。
FMVSS302(Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No.302)(自動車用内装材料の燃焼試験)に準拠して燃焼性試験(難燃性試験)を行い、この試験に合格するものを「○」(合格)とし、合格しないものを「×」とした。
JIS L0849−2013に準拠して、乾布による摩擦堅牢度試験および水を人工汗液に代えた湿布による摩擦堅牢度試験を行った後、それぞれの布帛の表面について汚染用グレースケールを用いて摩擦堅牢度を評価した。乾布試験、湿布試験のいずれにおいても4級又は5級と判定されたものを「○」(合格)とし、乾布試験、湿布試験のうち少なくともいずれかにおいて1級、2級又は3級と判定されたものを「×」とした。
JASO M 313−83及びJIS K7136−2000に準拠して、フォギング試験を行った。曇価が5%以下であるものを「○」(合格)とし、曇価が5%を超えるものを「×」とした。

Claims (7)
- 布帛の少なくとも表面に、日華化学株式会社製NKガードS−0671が付着され、
前記布帛の裏面に、樹脂、難燃剤および旭硝子株式会社製アサヒガードAG−E080を含有したバッキング樹脂層が積層されていることを特徴とする布帛。 - 前記布帛100質量部に対して、前記日華化学株式会社製NKガードS−0671の付着量が0.6質量部〜1.8質量部の範囲である請求項1に記載の布帛。
- 前記バッキング樹脂層における前記旭硝子株式会社製アサヒガードAG−E080の含有率が0.8質量%〜7質量%の範囲である請求項1または2に記載の布帛。
- 前記バッキング樹脂層を構成する樹脂がウレタン系樹脂であり、前記難燃剤がポリリン酸アンモニウム塩であり、前記バッキング樹脂層におけるウレタン系樹脂/ポリリン酸アンモニウム塩の含有質量比が、50/50〜20/80の範囲であり、前記バッキング樹脂層の形成量が30g/m2〜70g/m2である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の布帛。
- 日華化学株式会社製NKガードS−0671を含有する処理液に布帛を浸漬した後、該布帛を100℃〜225℃の温度で加熱乾燥させる工程と、
前記布帛の片面に、樹脂、難燃剤および旭硝子株式会社製アサヒガードAG−E080を含有したバッキング樹脂層を積層する工程と、を含むことを特徴とする布帛の製造方法。 - 日華化学株式会社製NKガードS−0671を含有する処理液に布帛を浸漬した後、該布帛を100℃〜225℃の温度で加熱乾燥させる工程と、
前記加熱乾燥後の布帛を70℃〜100℃の温度の湯で水洗した後、100℃〜135℃の温度で乾燥させる工程と、
前記水洗、乾燥を経て得られた布帛の片面に、樹脂、難燃剤および旭硝子株式会社製アサヒガードAG−E080を含有したバッキング樹脂層を積層する工程と、を含むことを特徴とする布帛の製造方法。 - 前記布帛の片面に前記バッキング樹脂層を積層した後、加熱による乾燥を乾燥時間1.6分〜2.6分に設定して行う請求項5または6に記載の布帛の製造方法。
