本发明涉及纺织面料技术领域,具体涉及一种防油纺织面料该防油纺织面料为涤棉混纺面料,所述涤棉混纺面料的纬线和经线的其中之一为涤纱线,另一个为改性棉纱线,所述涤纱线与改性棉纱线的径向尺寸之比为3‑7:1,所述改性棉纱线是棉纱线通过防油整理液整理得到。该防油纺织面料既具有优异的防油效果,又具有优异的透气性,且手感柔软,不易产生静电。

本发明涉及纺织面料技术领域,具体涉及一种防油纺织面料。
背景技术
对于频繁接触油介质的石油、化工、工矿等行业工人以及家庭主妇,油常常会渗入衣物接触皮肤影响人体健康。然而,现有的防油面料有两类,一类是带有涂层的防油面料,这类面料一般透气性差,且面料僵硬,另一类是纯化纤的面料,这类面料容易起静电,静电现象会吸附灰尘,不美观,影响穿着舒适感,不易清洁,且面料僵硬;均不符合人们对防油功能性和透气舒适性的要求,不能满足人们对高质量生活的需求。
因此,本领域急需一种既具有优异的防油效果,又具有优异的透气性,且手感柔软的纺织面料,以满足人们对防油功能性和透气舒适性的要求,保证高质量生活。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术存在的纺织面料的防油与透气性不能兼具的缺陷,提供一种防油纺织面料,该防油纺织面料既具有优异的防油效果,又具有优异的透气性,且手感柔软,不易产生静电。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种防油纺织面料,该防油纺织面料为涤棉混纺面料,所述涤棉混纺面料的纬线和经线的其中之一为涤纱线,另一个为改性棉纱线,所述涤纱线与改性棉纱线的径向尺寸之比为3-7:1,所述改性棉纱线是棉纱线通过防油整理液整理得到。
优选地,所述涤纱线与改性棉纱线的径向尺寸之比为3-5:1。
优选地,所述防油整理液包括防油整理剂,所述防油整理剂由以下成分组成:甲苯异氰酸酯5-15wt%,C6-C15的醇2-10wt%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1-6wt%,余量为水。
优选地,所述防油整理剂由以下成分组成:甲苯异氰酸酯7-10wt%,C6-C10的醇2-7wt%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1-4wt%,余量为水。
优选地,所述防油整理液中,防油整理剂的浓度为80-120g/L。
优选地,所述改性棉纱线的整理方法包括:将棉纱线浸入所述防油整理液中进行浸轧,轧余率为65-75%,两浸两轧后进行洗涤、烘干、焙烘。
优选地,所述烘干的温度为110-120℃,烘干的时间为10-20min。
优选地,所述焙烘的温度为160-170℃,焙烘的时间为10-20min。
与现有技术相比,本发明的防油纺织面料,一方面,通过将具有良好防油能力的涤纱线与具有手感舒适、亲肤性好且防油的改性棉纱线进行经纬交织形成混纺面料,使得涤纱线与改性棉纱线在其本身均具有防油性能的基础上,互相弥补不足,一是,当涤纱线产生静电时能够通过改性棉纱线导电,避免对人体产生影响,二是,改性棉纱线能弥补涤纱线的透气性不好的缺点,三是,涤纱线能弥补改性棉纱线低挺廓性和低强力等方面的不足;另一方面,通过限定所述涤纱线与改性棉纱线的径向尺寸之比为3-7:1,使得涤纱线与改性棉纱线的表面外轮廓不在同一平面上,且涤纱线的外轮廓在平面上的高度高于改性棉纱线的外轮廓,从而减少油滴与改性棉纱线接触,避免改性棉纱线可能存在的防油薄弱部分产生吸油的情况发生;进而使得防油纺织面料能够实现全方位的防油效果,又具有优异的透气性,且手感柔软,不易产生静电。

本发明对防油整理液进行特别限定,优选地,所述防油整理液包括防油整理剂,所述防油整理剂由以下成分组成:甲苯异氰酸酯5-15wt%,C6-C15的醇2-10wt%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1-6wt%,余量为水。采用该优选方案,更利于提高改性棉纱线的防油效果。
本发明中,所述C6-C15的醇是指碳原子数为6-15的链状脂肪醇,例如己六醇、庚七醇。
本发明中,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚优选为AEO-3。
更优选地,所述防油整理剂由以下成分组成:甲苯异氰酸酯7-10wt%,C6-C10的醇2-7wt%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1-4wt%,余量为水。
根据本发明,优选地,所述防油整理液中,防油整理剂的浓度为80-120g/L。
根据本发明,优选地,所述改性棉纱线的整理方法包括:将棉纱线浸入所述防油整理液中进行浸轧,轧余率为65-75%,两浸两轧后进行洗涤、烘干、焙烘。

按照实施例1的方法制备防油纺织面料,不同的是,采用正十二醇代替所述己六醇,其他与实施例1相同。
对比例1
按照实施例1的方法制备防油纺织面料,不同的是,所述涤纱线与改性棉纱线的径向尺寸之比相同,其他与实施例1相同。
测试例
按照AATCC 118-1992测试实施例1-8和对比例1制得的防油纺织面料的防油性能,其中,采用的标准测试液体体系为白矿油和正十六烷的体积比为65:35,测试结果如表1所示。

通过表1的结果可以看出,采用本发明的实施例的防油纺织面料具有明显更好的防油效果。
