Abstract

本发明公开了一种涤棉混纺织物的易去污整理新工艺,工艺步骤包括(1)将织物进行前处理得到半成品,(2)将半成品放入配置好的整理液进行浸轧功能整理,(3)将整理后的织物于110~130℃预烘90~120s,170~180℃焙烘30~40s,(4)待烘焙后的织物自然冷却后收卷,本发明工艺步骤中的整理液加入了增强剂KL‑120和聚醚衍生物HP,显著提高了织物的易去污性能。

一种涤棉混纺织物的易去污整理新工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织技术后整理领域,具体地说,是一种涤棉混纺织物的后整理工艺。
背景技术
涤棉混纺织物长久以来一直是纺织品生产的一个大类。由于其中的涤纶组分具有疏水性和亲油性,故涤棉混纺织物在服用过程中易于沾染油污,在干燥情况下易产生静电而吸附尘土,并且在洗涤时油污不易洗净还有再污染现象。因此,需要对涤棉混纺织物进行易去污整理。
易去污整理实际上是促进水向纤维内部和油污-纤维界面的扩散,由于促进了界面的水化,因而易使油污与纤维分离。水越易扩散,油污就越易脱落。而水的扩散取决于易去污剂的溶胀能力,而溶胀能力来源于其化学性能、亲水性、交联度及水洗温度等。当然,纤维内部进水后,使油污“卷珠”离去还需要一定的机械作用力。总的来说,只要使纤维亲水性增加,就能加快水的渗入,就能有利于去污。
目前,市场上应用效果较好的亲水易去污整理剂是改性氟碳树脂类助剂,氟碳树脂类整理剂分子中既含有拒油性的氟烷基链段,又含有亲水性的聚氧乙烯链段,如科莱恩公司生产的Nuva 4200 liq.易去污整理剂就是这样一种氟碳树脂溶液,外观呈乳白色或淡黄色乳液,兼具易去污和防止再沾污性能,但其易去污性能还有待进一步提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种涤棉混纺织物的易去污整理新工艺,以实现涤棉混纺织物更好地易去污性能。
本发明一种涤棉混纺织物的易去污整理新工艺,所采用的工艺步骤包括:
(1)织物前处理:将织物于150~170℃条件下预定型,洗涤去除油污,用水冲洗至洗液pH为5~7,在110~120℃条件下将织物烘干,烘干结束后在150~180℃之间进行高温定型80~120s,得到半成品;
(2)将步骤(1)中烘干后的半成品放入整理液进行浸轧功能整理,轧余率为70~80%,所述整理液由以下浓度的组份组成:
科莱恩公司的易去污整理剂Nuva 4200 liq. 40~60g/L江苏康乐佳材料公司的增强剂KL-120 15~25g/L,聚醚衍生物HP 25~35g/L,防凝胶剂20~30g/L,所述整理液用0.5mol/L醋酸调节pH值为5~7;
(3)预烘、焙烘:将经过浸轧功能整理后的织物于110~130℃进行预烘,停留时间90~120s,再于170~180℃进行焙烘,停留时间30~40s;
(4)收卷:待焙烘后的织物自然冷却后收卷。
优选的,所述浸轧的方式为一浸一轧。
优选的,所述防凝胶剂为三乙基己基磷酸、十二烷基硫酸钠、聚丙烯酰胺、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯中的一种或几种混合。
优选的,所述焙烘温度为175℃,停留时间35s。
本发明的有益效果:在浸轧的整理液中加入增强剂KL-120,提高了织物上易去污整理剂Nuva 4200 liq.的含量,在提高织物易去污性能的同时提高了织物的强度;加入聚醚衍生物HP,可与易去污整理剂Nuva 4200 liq.发生协同作用,能够提高织物的亲水性,同时大大提高了织物的易去污性能。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种涤棉混纺织物的易去污整理新工艺,所采用的工艺步骤包括:
(1)织物前处理:将织物于150℃预定型,洗涤去除油污,用水冲洗至洗液pH为7,在110℃将织物烘干,烘干结束后在150℃高温定型120s,得到半成品;
(2)将步骤(1)中烘干后的半成品放入整理液进行浸轧功能整理,浸轧方式为一浸一轧,轧余率为70%,所述整理液由以下浓度的组份组成:
易去污整理剂Nuva 4200 liq. 40g/L,增强剂KL-120 15g/L,聚醚衍生物HP 25g/L,脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯20g/L,所述整理液用0.5mol/L醋酸调节pH值为7;
(3)预烘、焙烘:将经过浸轧功能整理后的织物于110℃进行预烘,停留时间120s,再于170℃进行焙烘,停留时间40s;
(4) 收卷:待焙烘后的织物自然冷却后收卷;
(5)易去污性能测试,按AATCC-130-2000标准和测试方法,分为1~5级,级别高的效果好,测试用油为玉米油。
实施例2
一种涤棉混纺织物的易去污整理新工艺,所采用的工艺步骤包括:
(1)织物前处理:将织物于160℃预定型,洗涤去除油污,用水冲洗至洗液pH为6,在115℃将织物烘干,烘干结束后在170℃进行高温定型100s,得到半成品;
(2)将步骤(1)中烘干后的半成品放入整理液进行浸轧功能整理,浸轧方式为一浸一轧,轧余率为75%,所述整理液由以下浓度的组份组成:
易去污整理剂Nuva 4200 liq. 50g/L,增强剂KL-120 18g/L,聚醚衍生物HP 30g/L,聚丙烯酰胺 25g/L,所述整理液用0.5mol/L醋酸调节pH值为6;
(3)预烘、焙烘:将经过浸轧功能整理后的织物于120℃进行预烘,停留时间115s,再于170℃进行焙烘,停留时间35s;
(4) 收卷:待焙烘后的织物自然冷却后收卷;
(5)易去污性能测试,按AATCC-130-2000标准和测试方法,分为1~5级,级别高的效果好,测试用油为玉米油。
实施例3
一种涤棉混纺织物的易去污整理新工艺,所采用的工艺步骤包括:
(1)织物前处理:将织物于170℃预定型,洗涤去除油污,用水冲洗至洗液pH为5,在120℃将织物烘干,烘干结束后在180℃高温定型80s,得到半成品;
(2)将步骤(1)中烘干后的半成品放入整理液进行浸轧功能整理,浸轧方式为一浸一轧,轧余率为80%,所述整理液由以下浓度的组份组成:
易去污整理剂Nuva 4200 liq. 60g/L,增强剂KL-120 25g/L,聚醚衍生物HP 35g/L,三乙基己基磷酸20g/L,十二烷基硫酸钠10g/L,所述整理液用0.5mol/L醋酸调节pH值为5;
(3)预烘、焙烘:将经过浸轧功能整理后的织物于130℃进行预烘,停留时间90s,再于180℃进行焙烘,停留时间30s;
(4) 收卷:待焙烘后的织物自然冷却后收卷;
(5)易去污性能测试,按AATCC-130-2000标准和测试方法,分为1~5级,级别高的效果好,测试用油为玉米油。
实施例4(空白测试)
以实施例2为基准,在整理液中不加入增强剂KL-120和聚醚衍生物HP,其他工艺条件不变,进行易去污性能测试。
易去污性能测试结果如下表:

由上表的测试结果可知,整理液中加入增强剂KL-120和聚醚衍生物HP后,织物的易去污性能有显著提高。

Claims (4)

1.一种涤棉混纺织物的易去污整理新工艺,其特征在于,所采用的工艺步骤包括:
(1)织物前处理:将织物于150~170℃条件下预定型,洗涤去除油污,用水冲洗至洗液pH为5~7,在110~120℃条件下将织物烘干,烘干结束后在150~180℃之间进行高温定型80~120s,得到半成品;
(2)将步骤(1)中烘干后的半成品放入整理液进行浸轧功能整理,轧余率为70~80%,所述整理液由以下浓度的组份组成:
科莱恩公司的易去污整理剂Nuva 4200 liq. 40~60g/L,江苏康乐佳材料公司的增强剂KL-120 15~25g/L,聚醚衍生物HP 25~35g/L,防凝胶剂20~30g/L,所述整理液用0.5mol/L醋酸调节pH值为5~7;
(3)预烘、焙烘:将经过浸轧功能整理后的织物于110~130℃进行预烘,停留时间90~120s,再于170~180℃进行焙烘,停留时间30~40s;
(4)收卷:待焙烘后的织物自然冷却后收卷。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种涤棉混纺织物的易去污整理新工艺,其特征在于,所述浸轧的方式为一浸一轧。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种涤棉混纺织物的易去污整理新工艺,其特征在于,所述防凝胶剂为三乙基己基磷酸、十二烷基硫酸钠、聚丙烯酰胺、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯中的一种或几种混合。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种涤棉混纺织物的易去污整理新工艺,其特征在于,所述焙烘温度为175℃,停留时间为35s。
