Abstract

本发明公开了一种泡丝工艺,步骤如下:将白厂丝放入已盛放热水的泡丝槽中,水温保持在25℃-35℃;将泡丝助剂放入泡丝槽中,搅拌,水温继续保持在25℃-35℃;浸泡10-15个小时后,即可捞丝,完成泡丝工艺。本发明工艺泡出的丝柔软度好,同时生产出的布料的防缩及抗皱效果也得到明显提高。

一种泡丝工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种泡丝工艺,属于丝织品生产技术领域。
背景技术
白厂丝又名生丝、厂丝,由上好的蚕茧缫制而成,属天然蛋白纤维,素有“纤维皇后”之誉。该纤维手感柔韧,具有弹性、吸湿性、易染色等特点,主要用于丝织、针织内衣和制线原料,用白厂丝织绸生产的服装对人休有较好的保健作用。
用白厂丝生产布料的过程中,必须要经过泡丝(浸渍)这一程序,传统的泡丝工艺多使用泡丝剂(柔软剂、抗静电剂、平滑剂、集束剂、乳化剂的一个复合复配体)和HC高效助剂,这些试剂大多是化工制剂。用这些助剂生产出的丝柔软度差,环保性差;同时,后期生产出的布料防缩及抗皱效果也欠佳。
发明内容
为克服上述不足,本发明目的是提供一种可提高白厂丝浸泡后柔软度的泡丝工艺,该工艺泡出的丝生产出的布料防缩及抗皱效果也得到提高。
本发明的方案如下:一种泡丝工艺,步骤如下:
a、将白厂丝放入已盛放热水的泡丝槽中,水温保持在25℃-35℃;
b、将泡丝助剂放入泡丝槽中,搅拌,水温继续保持在25℃-35℃;泡丝助剂与白厂丝的质量比为1:1200;
c、浸泡10-15个小时后,即可捞丝,完成泡丝工艺。
进一步,所述的泡丝助剂由壳聚糖和茶多酚按1:1的比例混合而成。
进一步,所述的步骤a和步骤b中的水温保持在30℃左右。
进一步,所述的步骤c中的浸泡时间为12小时。
本发明与传统的泡丝工艺相比,主要改进之处是选用壳聚糖和茶多酚的混合物作为泡丝助剂,使用这一助剂,同时,改变了工艺过程中的水温和泡丝时间。
壳聚糖是甲壳素脱N-乙酰基的产物,而甲壳素脱N-乙酰基是从甲壳动物外壳中提取,属于天然配方;茶多酚是从茶叶中提取,也属于天然配方;本发明工艺过程中使用的助剂配方为天然原料,无污染,环保性强。同时,使用本工艺泡出的丝,柔软度好;生产出的布料,防缩及抗皱效果明显增强。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
a、将60kg的白厂丝放入已盛放热水的泡丝槽中,水温保持在30℃;
b、将25g的壳聚糖和25g的茶多酚粉未放入泡丝槽中,搅拌,同时水温继续保持在30℃;
c、浸泡12个小时后,即可捞丝,完成泡丝工艺。
实施例2
a、将60kg的白厂丝放入已盛放热水的泡丝槽中,水温保持在25℃;
b、将5g的壳聚糖和25g的茶多酚粉未放入泡丝槽中,搅拌,水温继续保持在25℃;
c、浸泡15个小时后,即可捞丝,完成泡丝工艺。
实施例3
将60kg的白厂丝放入已盛放热水的泡丝槽中,水温保持在35℃;
b、将25g的壳聚糖和25g的茶多酚粉未放入泡丝槽中,搅拌,同时水温继续保持在35℃;
c、浸泡10个小时后,即可捞丝,完成泡丝工艺。
按照2008年5月的《纺织学报》第29卷,第5期,《织物柔软性的主客观评价》一文中的主观评价方法对上述实施例泡出的丝进行柔软度评价,评定结果如下表。同时在表中,还给出使用桑达化工(南通)有限公司生产的泡丝剂WS、泡丝剂TS和淄博奥威粘合剂有限公司生产的GPS-1高速泡丝剂三种泡丝助剂泡出的丝的柔软度评价。
从上表中,柔软度从优至劣的顺序为实施例3、实施例2、实施例1、泡丝剂WS、泡丝剂TS、GPS-1高速泡丝剂,可以看出,本发明实施例泡出的丝柔软度明显优于其它三种泡丝助剂泡出的丝。
下表1是三个实施例实施后,对泡出的丝用相同工艺生产出的布料进行折皱角回复角的测量结果。

下表2是使用桑达化工(南通)有限公司生产的泡丝剂WS、泡丝剂TS和淄博奥威粘合剂有限公司生产的GPS-1高速泡丝剂对与表一实施例相同质量的白厂丝进行泡丝后,生产出的面料皱角回复角的测量结果。

通过表一、表二的对比可看出,本发明工艺泡出的白厂丝生产的布料折皱角回复角明显高于用其它泡丝剂泡出的丝,防缩及抗皱效果好。
尽管上文对本发明的具体实施方式给予了详细描述和说明,但是应该指明的是,我们可以依据本发明的构想对上述实施方式进行各种等效改变和修改,其所产生的功能作用仍未超出说明书所涵盖的精神时,均应在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (3)

1.一种泡丝工艺,其特征是,步骤如下:
a、将白厂丝放入已盛放热水的泡丝槽中,水温保持在25℃-35℃;
b、将泡丝助剂放入泡丝槽中,搅拌,水温继续保持在25℃-35℃;泡丝助剂与白厂丝的质量比为1:1200;
c、浸泡10-15个小时后,即可捞丝,完成泡丝工艺;
所述的泡丝助剂由壳聚糖和茶多酚按1:1的比例混合而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种泡丝工艺,其特征是所述的步骤a和步骤b中的水温保持在30℃左右。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种泡丝工艺,其特征是所述的步骤c中的浸泡时间为12小时。
