Claims (11)
- 化粧壁パネル又は化粧床パネルの製造方法であって、
a)流し込み可能なキャリア材料(20)を準備する工程と、
b)2つのベルト状コンベア手段(12、14)の間にキャリア材料(20)を配置する工程と、
c)温度の影響下でキャリア材料(20)を成形し、その間にウェブ状のキャリア(36)を形成する工程と、
d)キャリア(36)を圧縮する工程と、
e)二重ベルトプレスを使用して温度及び圧力の影響下でキャリア(36)を処理する工程と、
f)キャリア(36)を冷却する工程と、
g)キャリア(36)の少なくとも一部の上に化粧サブ表面を付与する工程と、
h)キャリア(36)の少なくとも一部の上に化粧テンプレートを模した化粧物を付与する工程と、
i)化粧物の少なくとも一部の上に保護層を付与する工程と、
j)細孔を生成するために保護層をテクスチャ処理する、及び/又は接続要素を形成するためにキャリアの縁領域をテクスチャ処理する工程と、
k)前記工程のいずれか1つの前に静電放電を誘導するためにキャリア(36)を処理する工程と、
を含み、
工程e)においてキャリアを7%以下(≦7%)圧縮することを特徴とする、化粧壁パネル又は化粧床パネルの製造方法。 - プラスチック材料又は木材プラスチック複合材料をベースとするキャリア材料(20)を準備することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の化粧壁パネル又は化粧床パネルの製造方法。
- 木材及びポリエチレン、木材及びポリプロピレン、又は木材並びにポリエチレン及びポリプロピレンのコポリマーを含むWPC材料をベースとするキャリア材料(20)を準備することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の化粧壁パネル又は化粧床パネルの製造方法。
- PVC材料をベースとするキャリア材料(20)を準備することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の化粧壁パネル又は化粧床パネルの製造方法。
- キャリア材料が、粒径が0μm以上(≧0μm)600μm以下(≦600μm)であり、かつ、粒径分布がD50≧400μmである木材及び/又はチョークを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の化粧壁パネル又は化粧床パネルの製造方法。
- キャリア材料(20)が、中空ミクロスフィアを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の化粧壁パネル又は化粧床パネルの製造方法。
- 流し込み可能なキャリア材料の粒径の半値全幅が、1.8mm以上(≧1.8mm)の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の化粧壁パネル又は化粧床パネルの製造方法。
- 繊維材料をキャリア(36)に組み込むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の化粧壁パネル又は化粧床パネルの製造方法。
- 工程c)で温度勾配を設定することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の化粧壁パネル又は化粧床パネルの製造方法。
- 工程d)をS型ローラを使用して実施することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の化粧壁パネル又は化粧床パネルの製造方法。
- 化粧壁パネル又は化粧床パネルの製造装置であって、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の化粧壁パネル又は化粧床パネルの製造方法を実施するための手段を含むことを特徴とする、化粧壁パネル又は化粧床パネルの製造装置。
