Claims (9)
- 洗浄水を生成する洗浄水生成装置と、
前記洗浄水生成装置から供給される洗浄水によって食品を洗浄する洗浄装置とを備え、
前記洗浄水生成装置は、
水道水を受水する受水部と、
前記受水部で受水された水道水を用いて電解水を生成する電解部と、
前記受水部で受水された水道水を加温する加温部と、
前記加温部を通過しない水道水を前記洗浄装置に供給する水道水供給部と、前記加温部を通過して加温された温水を前記洗浄装置に供給する温水供給部と、前記電解部で生成された電解水を水道水で希釈した低温電解水、および、前記電解部で生成された電解水を、前記加温部で生成された温水で希釈した高温電解水を前記洗浄装置に供給する電解水供給部とを有する洗浄水供給部とを含み、
前記洗浄装置は、前記電解水供給部から供給される低温電解水にて食品を洗浄する低温除菌パターンと、前記電解水供給部から供給される高温電解水にて食品を洗浄する高温除菌パターンと、前記水道水供給部から供給される水道水にて食品を洗浄する水道水洗浄パターンと、前記温水供給部から供給される温水にて食品を洗浄する温水洗浄パターンとを含む複数種類の洗浄パターンにて、選択的に、食品の洗浄運転を行う、食品洗浄システム。 - 前記複数種類の洗浄パターンのうちのいずれかを、ユーザに選択させるための操作部と、
前記操作部によって選択された洗浄パターンに応じた洗浄水を、前記洗浄水生成装置の前記洗浄水供給部から前記洗浄装置に供給させるための制御を行う制御装置とをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の食品洗浄システム。 - 前記電解部は、前記加温部で加温された温水をさらに用いて電解水を生成する、請求項1または2に記載の食品洗浄システム。
- 前記洗浄水供給部は、前記電解部から前記洗浄装置へ至る経路が分岐された2つの電解水供給経路を有しており、
前記洗浄水生成装置は、前記2つの電解水供給経路のうちの一方に設けられ、水道水で希釈された低温電解水を冷却する冷却部をさらに含む、請求項3に記載の食品洗浄システム。 - 前記2つの電解水供給経路のうちの他方は、前記加温部から前記洗浄装置へ至る温水経路に合流する、請求項4に記載の食品洗浄システム。
- 前記洗浄水生成装置は、前記受水部で受水された水道水の硬度成分を除去して、軟水を生成する軟水化部をさらに含み、
前記軟水化部は、前記受水部から、前記電解部および前記加温部の少なくともいずれか一方に至る給水経路上に設けられる、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の食品洗浄システム。 - 前記加温部は、加温された食塩水を生成するための食塩水生成部を含み、
前記食塩水生成部から前記電解部へ至る食塩水供給経路は、前記軟水化部へ至る分岐経路を有している、請求項6に記載の食品洗浄システム。 - 前記水道水洗浄パターンには、原水洗浄パターンと、軟水洗浄パターンとが含まれ、
前記洗浄水供給部は、前記水道水として、前記軟水化部を通過しない原水と、前記軟水化部を通過した軟水とを、前記洗浄装置に供給する、請求項6または7に記載の食品洗浄システム。 - 洗浄装置における食品の洗浄に用いられる洗浄水を生成するための洗浄水生成装置であって、
水道水を受水する受水部と、
前記受水部で受水された水道水を用いて電解水を生成する電解部と、
前記受水部で受水された水道水を加温する加温部と、
前記加温部を通過しない水道水を前記洗浄装置に供給する水道水供給部と、前記加温部を通過して加温された温水を前記洗浄装置に供給する温水供給部と、前記電解部で生成された電解水を水道水で希釈した低温電解水、および、前記電解部で生成された電解水を、前記加温部で生成された温水で希釈した高温電解水を前記洗浄装置に供給する電解水供給部とを有する洗浄水供給部とを備える、洗浄水生成装置。
