Description
タリウムおよびセシウムの選択的収着のために作製されたヘキサシアノフェレート、Fe4[Fe(CN)6]3を、すり鉢を用いて粉砕し、小メッシュ篩いを通してふるいにかけ、サイズが40μm以上の粒子を除去した。粒子サイズが40μm未満(X90=31.9μm、X50=10.36μm)である得られた物質を、続いてセルロースと共に加工し、直径が100μmであり、ヘキサシアノフェレートの充填率が10重量%であるセルロースフィルムとした。
タリウムおよびセシウムの選択的収着のために作製されたヘキサシアノフェレート、Fe4[Fe(CN)6]3を、対向ジェットミル(opposing-jet mill)を用いて粉砕し、7μm未満の粒子サイズとした(X90=4.66μm、X50=2.88μm)。得られた物質を、続いてセルロースと共に加工し、線密度3dtex、およびヘキサシアノフェレートの充填率が10絶対重量%であるステープル繊維とした。
ろ過用途におけるタリウムおよびセシウムの結合に対する適合性:
0.2mol/Lの塩化ナトリウム、および0.1mol/Lの硝酸タリウム(I)または0.1mol/Lの硫酸セシウム(I)を脱イオン水中に含有する試験溶液100mLを、1gのコンポジット物質または0.1gの用いたヘキサシアノフェレートに、攪
拌しながら24時間接触させた。この物質によるタリウムイオンまたはセシウムイオンの収着は、この物質から分離した後の試験溶液中のこれらの元素の濃度をICP−OESを用いて測定することによって決定した。結合力は、物質の初期重量に対する収着されたイオン(タリウム、セシウム)のグラム数として示され、各場合について、3回の繰り返し測定に基づいている。
Claims (11)
- 重金属イオンおよびその放射性同位体を結合するための成形リヨセルセルロース物品であって、前記成形リヨセルセルロース物品は、1つ以上のヘキサシアノフェレートが、リヨセルからなるセルロース系マトリックス中に組み込まれて均一に分布しているコンポジット物質からなり、前記ヘキサシアノフェレートは前記リオセルからなるセルロース系マトリックスに囲まれており、かつ、前記重金属イオンの結合容量は、すべて存在する前記ヘキサシアノフェレートに基づき、前記ヘキサシアノフェレート単独と比較して、20%から400%であることを特徴とする、成形リヨセルセルロース物品。
- 前記ヘキサシアノフェレートが、ヘキサシアノフェレートアニオン、およびカチオンから構成される中性電荷の化学化合物であり、0.001μmから100μmの粒子サイズを有する、請求項1に記載の成形リヨセルセルロース物品。
- 前記セルロース系マトリックスが、セルロース単独、または、50%を超えるセルロースと、ポリマー添加剤、ならびに/または微粒子添加剤との混合物のいずれかからなる、請求項1に記載の成形リヨセルセルロース物品。
- 前記ヘキサシアノフェレートが、前記成形リヨセルセルロース物品全体の0.1から80重量%含まれる、請求項1に記載の成形リヨセルセルロース物品。
- 前記重金属イオンの結合容量は、すべて存在する前記ヘキサシアノフェレートに基づき、前記ヘキサシアノフェレート単独と比較して、75%から200%である、請求項1に記載の成形リヨセルセルロース物品。
- フィブリド、繊維、繊維系不織ウェブ、顆粒、ビーズ、自立性フィルム、チューブ状フィルム、フィラメント、スポンジ、または剛毛繊維である、請求項1に記載の成形リヨセルセルロース物品。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の成形リヨセルセルロース物品を、1%超の割合で含んでなる、製品。
- 水系または湿潤系中の重金属イオンおよびその放射性同位体を収着するための、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の成形リヨセルセルロース物品の使用。
- 水処理および水浄化、金属選鉱、創傷被覆材、空気ろ過、ガスろ過、ならびに防護衣のためのものである、請求項8に記載の使用。
- 重金属イオンおよびその放射性同位体を選択的に結合するための、1つ以上のヘキサシアノフェレートが、リヨセルからなるセルロース系マトリックス中に組み込まれて均一に分布しているコンポジット物質からなる成形リヨセルセルロース物品を製造する方法であって、ヘキサシアノフェレート粒子をイオン性液体中においてセルロース溶液と混合し、得られた混合物を均質化することを含むことを特徴とする、成形リヨセルセルロース物品の製造方法。
- 前記イオン性液体が、1−ブチル−3−メチルイミダゾリウムクロリドである、請求項10に記載の方法。
