Description
プルシアンブルー(大日精化工業製品クロモファイン)を用いて1重量%濃度のプルシアンブルー水溶液を調製し、このプルシアンブルー水溶液中にカーボンクロス(東レ製品トレカ;空孔率50%、厚さ200μm、抵抗値0.5Ω)を室温下(25℃)で約30分間浸漬した。その後、プルシアンブルー水溶液からカーボンペーパーを引き上げ、60℃で約1時間乾燥してプルシアンブルーを固定したカーボンペーパーを得た。
Claims (3)
- カーボンペーパーまたはカーボンクロスを0.1〜5%濃度のプルシアンブルー水溶液に温度5〜35℃で含浸させた後、温度20〜70℃で乾燥処理を行うことを特徴とする陽イオン物質分離用材料の製造方法。
- カーボンペーパーまたはカーボンクロスが、空孔率40〜80%、厚さ100〜300μm、抵抗値0.2〜1Ωである請求項1記載の陽イオン物質分離用材料の製造方法。
- 請求項1または2記載の製造方法により得られた陽イオン物質分離用材料を、陽イオンを存在させた液体中に浸漬または気体中に暴露することを特徴とする陽イオン物質の除去方法。
