Description
本発明のエアゾール製品は、塗布のために缶から内容物の製品を圧出するのに十分な圧力を形成する噴射剤を含み得る。本発明の製品は、約10psig〜約135psigの内部充填圧力を持ち得る。圧力レベルは、使用する噴射剤の種類及び濃度によって加減することができる。
図1は、本発明の一実施形態の側面図である。プラスチックパッケージ(10)は弁(20)に取り付けられた排出器(30)を有する。この弁は、エアゾール製品の流量を制御する。PEFは、通常の金属弁の代わりにプラスチックパッケージに接着又は溶接することができるプラスチックバルブを製造するために使用することもできる。また、プラスチックパッケージは、任意に、ベースカップ(40)及び、ラベル(50)を有する。また、プラスチックパッケージは、ベースカップ(40)及び、任意にラベル(50)を有する。プラスチックパッケージは、任意に、キャップを備えることができる。その上、プラスチックパッケージは、任意に、エアゾール製品を分注する際のエルゴノミクス性を改善するためにトリガーを備えることができる。
A.容器
本発明の容器は、吹込成形を使用して製造することができる。吹込成形は、中空のプラスチック部品が熱可塑性材料から成形される製造プロセスである。吹込成形プロセスは、熱可塑性材料を溶融し、これをパリソン又は予備成形品に成形することで開始する。パリソンは、一方の端部に圧縮空気が通ることができる孔を有するプラスチックのチューブ状部品である。加圧気体(通常は空気)を使用して、パリソン又は熱した予備成形品を広げ、成形型の空洞に対して押圧する。プラスチックが冷えるまで圧力を保つ。プラスチックが冷え、硬化した後、成形型を開けて部品を出す。
本発明のベースカップは、射出成形又は熱成形を用いて形成することができる。射出成形は、熱可塑性材料、熱硬化性プラスチック材料又はこれらの混合物から部品を製造するための加工プロセスである。射出成形中、高分子材料をバレルに送り、混合し、溶融物にし、三次元成形型空洞の中に入れ、ここで冷却、加熱及び/又は化学反応により成形型空洞の形状に固化させる。射出成形は、単層のベースカップ又は多層のベースカップを作るために使用することができる。ベースカップはPEF、PET、PP及びPEを含む様々な材料から形成することができる。好ましくは、ベースカップは熱成形し、ベースカップの材料はバージンPEF、PEFの再生/粉砕再生品、バージンPET、PETの再生品あるいはこれらの材料の粉砕再生品から形成する。PEF及びPETのバイオ系材も、バージン材、再生品、または粉砕再生品の如何にかかわらず、本発明の材料として有用である。好ましい実施形態においては、ベースカップの材料はPEFから形成される。

バリア特性は、水蒸気透過率(WVTR;ASTM F−1249)及び酸素透過率(OTR;ASTM D3985)の測定によって直接求めることができる。物理的特性は、引張強度(ASTM D638)、曲げ弾性率(ASTM D790)及び熱たわみ(ASTM D648)の測定によって求めることができる。環境応力亀裂抵抗は、ASTMアイゾッドバー又はボトルから切り取った部分を歪下で上部隙間か又は製品と直接接触させて置き、光学法/SEM法/TEM法による特徴分析を行うことによって測定することができる。クリープ抵抗は、ASTMのタイプVドッグボーンを歪下で上部隙間か又は製品と直積接触させて置き、ゲージ長沿いの寸法変化を測定することによって求められる。

- 前記ボトルが、PEFと、
ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリエステル、ポリアミド、ポリカーボネート、ポリオキシメチレン、ポリアクリロニトリル、ポリオレフィン、フッ素重合体、及びこれらすべてのポリマーのバージン品、再生品及び粉砕再生品、並びにこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される1つ又は2つ以上の他の材料と、の配合物から作製される、請求項1に記載の加圧用プラスチックパッケージ。 - 前記ボトルが、高分子材料の多層構造から形成される、請求項1に記載の加圧用プラスチックパッケージ。
