(1) 食品を冷却保存する冷却室と、
前記冷却室内の空気を冷却する冷却部と、
前記冷却部によって冷却された冷却空気を前記冷却室へ送る複数の送風部と、
前記冷却室内の異なる場所に設置された複数の温度検知部と、
前記複数の温度検知部の検知結果に基づいて、前記複数の送風部の駆動を制御する制御部と、を有することを特徴とする冷却庫。
前記制御部は、前記冷却室の温度がT−1.0℃〜T+2.0℃となるように、前記複数の送風部の駆動を制御する上記(1)または(2)に記載の冷却庫。
前記食品の凍結温度をTとしたとき、
前記制御部は、前記冷却室の温度がT−2.0℃〜T+15.0℃となるように、前記複数の送風部の駆動を制御する上記(1)または(2)に記載の冷却庫。

Claims (7)
- 内部空間を有する本体と、
前記内部空間を、食品を冷却保存する冷却室と、前記冷却室の上側に位置し、冷却空気を誘導する誘導路と、に仕切る天板と、
前記冷却室内の空気を冷却して前記冷却空気とする冷却部と、
前記天板に配置され、前記誘導路に導かれた前記冷却空気を前記冷却室へ送る複数の送風部と、
前記冷却室内の異なる場所に設置された複数の温度検知部と、
前記複数の温度検知部の検知結果に基づいて、前記複数の送風部の駆動を制御する制御部と、を有し、
前記複数の送風部は、第1送風部および第2送風部を有し、
前記第1送風部および前記第2送風部は、それぞれ、前記冷却空気を前記冷却室の床面に向けて送り出し、かつ、送り出す前記冷却空気の放射角が互いに異なっていることを特徴とする冷却庫。 - 前記制御部は、前記複数の温度検知部で検知される温度の差が2.0℃以内となるように前記複数の送風部の駆動を制御する請求項1に記載の冷却庫。
- 前記食品の凍結温度をTとしたとき、
前記制御部は、前記冷却室の温度がT−2.0℃〜T+2.0℃となるように、前記複数の送風部の駆動を制御する請求項1または2に記載の冷却庫。 - 前記食品は、青果であり、
前記食品の凍結温度をTとしたとき、
前記制御部は、前記冷却室の温度がT−2.0℃〜T+15.0℃となるように、前記複数の送風部の駆動を制御する請求項1または2に記載の冷却庫。 - 前記制御部は、前記冷却室の温度が−6.0℃〜15.0℃となるように、前記複数の送風部の駆動を制御する請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の冷却庫。
- 前記複数の温度検知部は、少なくとも、前記冷却室の天井側に配置された第1温度検知部と、前記冷却室の床側に配置された第2温度検知部とを含む請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の冷却庫。
- 前記冷却室内に電場を発生させる電場発生部を有している請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の冷却庫。
