Description
少なくとも1つの主要動力源が供給する過剰トルクに起因して、車両速度の増大を防止するためにトルク量を抑制するということを意味するものである。
Claims (19)
- 車両の制御システムであって、
車両のアクセル制御信号をモニタし、主要動力手段を有する車両のパワートレインを制御して、アクセル制御信号に応じてパワートレインがトルク量を車両の1つまたはそれ以上の車輪に与えるように動作可能な制御手段と、
車両の加速度およびヨーレートを測定するように動作可能な加速度デバイスと、
車両のヨーレート測定値を参照して補正された車両の測定された加速度およびアクセル制御信号が予想した相関性を有するか否かを判断する手段とを備え、
制御手段は、測定された加速度およびアクセル制御信号が予想した相関性を有しない場合、パワートレインが1つまたはそれ以上の車輪に与えるトルク量の変更を命令するように動作可能であることを特徴とする制御システム。 - アクセル制御信号に応じて、さらに車速に呼応して、パワートレインが与えるべきトルク量を決定するように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の制御システム。
- アクセル制御信号に応じて、さらにパワートレインの少なくとも一部の速度に呼応して、パワートレインが与えるべきトルク量を決定するように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の制御システム。
- 主要動力手段により生じたトルク量の変更を命令することにより、車両の1つまたはそれ以上の車輪に与えるトルク量を変更するように動作可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1に記載の制御システム。
- 1つまたはそれ以上の車輪に加える制動力量の変更を命令することにより、パワートレインが1つまたはそれ以上の車輪に与えるトルク量を変更するように動作可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1に記載の制御システム。
- 測定された加速度がアクセル制御信号に対して予想される加速度より大きい値に相当する場合、パワートレインが1つまたはそれ以上の車輪に与えるトルク量の低減を命令するように動作可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1に記載の制御システム。
- 1つまたはそれ以上の車輪と主要動力手段の接続の解除を命令するか、または1つまたはそれ以上の車輪と主要動力手段との間にあるクラッチ手段の滑動を命令することにより、1つまたはそれ以上の車輪に与えるトルク量の低減を命令するように動作可能であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の制御システム。
- 少なくとも1つの主要動力手段を停止するようにパワートレインに命令することにより、1つまたはそれ以上の車輪に与えるトルク量の低減を命令するように動作可能であることを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載の制御システム。
- 測定された加速度がアクセル制御信号に対して予想される加速度より小さい値に相当する場合、パワートレインが1つまたはそれ以上の車輪に与えるトルク量の増大を命令するように動作可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1に記載の制御システム。
- 主要動力手段は、複数の主要動力システムからなることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1に記載の制御システム。
- 車両の測定された加速度は、外部ソースから制御システムに供給され、
外部ソースは、加速度を測定する手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1に記載の制御システム。 - 車両の測定された加速度は、車両の走行方向に平行な加速度であることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1に記載の制御システム。
- アクセル制御信号および走行方向に平行な方向で測定された加速度が予想した相関性を有するか否か判断するように動作可能であり、走行方向に平行な方向で測定される加速度は車両姿勢の測定値を参照して補正されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の制御システム。
- アクセル制御信号は、ドライバが操作するフットペダルおよび手操作制御のうちから選択した1つの位置に基づいて出力されることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか1に記載の制御システム。
- アクセル制御信号を出力するように動作可能なクルーズコントロールシステムを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか1に記載の制御システム。
- パワートレインが1つまたはそれ以上の車輪に与えるトルク量の変化は、車両の加速度がアクセル制御信号により密接に相関するように調整可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜15のいずれか1に記載の制御システム。
- 請求項1〜16のいずれか1に記載の制御システムを有することを特徴とする車両。
- 制御手段を用いて、車両のアクセル制御信号をモニタするとともに、主要動力手段を有する車両のパワートレインを制御して、アクセル制御信号に応じてパワートレインがトルク量を車両の1つまたはそれ以上の車輪に与えるステップと、
加速度デバイスを用いて車両の加速度およびヨーレートを測定するステップと、
車両のヨーレート測定値を参照して補正された車両の測定された加速度およびアクセル制御信号が予想した相関性を有するか否かを判断するステップと、
測定された加速度およびアクセル制御信号が予想した相関性を有しない場合、制御手段を用いて、パワートレインが1つまたはそれ以上の車輪に与えるトルク量の変更を命令するステップとを有することを特徴とする車両を制御する方法。 - 車両のシステムであって、
車両のアクセル制御信号をモニタし、主要動力手段を有する車両のパワートレインを制御して、アクセル制御信号に応じてパワートレインがトルク量を車両の1つまたはそれ以上の車輪に与えるように動作可能な制御デバイスまたはこれと同様のものと、
車両の加速度およびヨーレートを測定するように動作可能な加速度デバイスと、
車両のヨーレート測定値を参照して補正された車両の測定された加速度およびアクセル制御信号が予想した相関性を有するか否かを判断するセンサまたはこれと同様のものとを備え、
制御デバイスは、測定された加速度およびアクセル制御信号が予想した相関性を有しない場合、パワートレインが1つまたはそれ以上の車輪に与えるトルク量の変更を命令するように動作可能であることを特徴とするシステム。
