Claims (11)
- 圧力発生器、バルブ、および/または圧力センサのための収容部(14)と、液圧的に互いに分断された少なくとも2つの液圧回路へと前記収容部(14)が接続される液圧接続部とを有し、各々の前記液圧回路に圧力センサのための少なくとも1つの収容部(14f)がそれぞれ付属している、スリップ制御可能な車両ブレーキ設備でブレーキ圧を制御するための液圧集成装置のための液圧ブロック(10)において、
異なる液圧回路に付属している少なくとも2つの圧力センサの収容部(14f)を液圧接触させるためにただ1つの共通の通路(24)が設けられており、該通路の中には、各液圧回路の間の液圧接続を常時分断する遮蔽部材(40b,42)が設けられている
ことを特徴とする液圧ブロック。
- 共通の前記通路(24)は直線状に延びて各端部で閉止された長手方向穴によって構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液圧ブロック。
- 共通の前記通路(24)はホイールブレーキの接続部のための収容部(14h)を有している前記液圧ブロック(10)の側(26)に向かって連通する止まり穴である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液圧ブロック。
- 前記通路(24)はその内径に関して段差を有しており、前記遮蔽部材(40b,42)は異なる内径の間の移行部の領域に配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の液圧ブロック。
- 前記圧力センサの前記収容部(14f)を前記通路(24)と接続する第1および第2の分岐通路(32a,32b)が設けられており、バルブのための収容部(14a,14b)を前記通路(24)と接続する第3および第4の分岐通路(32c,32d)が設けられており、バルブのための前記収容部(14a,14b)はそれぞれ異なるブレーキ回路に付属している
ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の液圧ブロック。
- 前記第3および前記第4の分岐通路(32c,32d)は前記液圧ブロック(10)の外面(12,30)に対して90°とは相違する角度で互いに反対向きに延びている
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の液圧ブロック。
- 前記遮蔽部材(40b)は前記通路(24)の直径の小さいほうの穴区域(24b)へ圧入されたボールである
ことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の液圧ブロック。
- 共通の前記通路(24)の遮蔽部材(42)は、前記穴区域(24a)に合わせて適合化された頭部(42a)と、該頭部(42a)に比べて直径に関して小さい、前記穴区域(24b)に合わせて適合化されたシャフト(42b)とを有する一体的なピン状の部材をなすように構成されており、前記シャフト(42b)の長さは、前記頭部(42a)が前記通路(24)の連通部を外部に向かって閉止したときに、該シャフトが前記通路(24)の前記穴区域(24b)を封止するように選択されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の液圧ブロック。
- バルブのための収容部(14a)は前記液圧ブロック(10)の直線状の第1の行(18a)に相並んで配置されており、バルブのための収容部(14b)は、バルブ収容部の前記第1の行(18a)の下方でこれと平行に延びる、前記液圧ブロック(10)の第2の行(18b)に相並んで設けられており、第1の圧力センサの収容部(14f)はバルブ収容部の前記第1の行(18a)の上方に配置されており、第2の圧力センサの収容部(14f)はバルブ収容部の両方の前記行(18a,18b)の間に配置されており、第1の圧力センサの前記収容部(14f)は前記第1の行(18a)のバルブ収容部(14a)と接続されており、第2の圧力センサの前記収容部(14f)はその下に位置する第2の行(18b)のバルブのための収容部(14b)と接続されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の液圧ブロック。
- 前記第1および第2の圧力センサの前記収容部(14f)が接触している前記通路(24)は前記液圧ブロック(10)におけるバルブのための収容部の前記行(18a,18b)に対して垂直に延びている
ことを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の液圧ブロック。
- 前記第1および第2の圧力センサの前記収容部(14f)はそれぞれホイールブレーキの接続部のための収容部(14h)と接触しており、ホイールブレーキの接続部のための前記収容部(14h)はそれぞれ異なる液圧回路に付属している
ことを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の液圧ブロック。
