Description
まず、図1に基づいて車両の自動変速制御システムの概略構成を説明する。
車両の動力源であるエンジン11の出力軸(クランク軸)に、自動変速機12の入力軸が連結されている。この自動変速機12には、変速歯車機構(図示せず)と油圧制御回路13等が設けられている。変速歯車機構には、変速段(変速比)を切り換えるための複数のクラッチやブレーキ等の摩擦係合要素(図示せず)が設けられている。また、油圧制御回路13には、摩擦係合要素に作用させる油圧を制御する油圧制御弁14や、摩擦係合要素の作動油の油圧回路を切り換えるマニュアル弁17等が設けられている。このマニュアル弁17は、レンジセレクタ15の操作に連動してレンジ切換機構16によって駆動される。
図4及び図5に示すように、可変容量型のオイルポンプ34には、一回転当りの吐出量を変化させる容量可変部52が設けられている。切換動作機構48は、オイルポンプ34の容量可変部52に作用させる油圧を切り換えることでオイルポンプ34の吐出量を変更するものである。この切換動作機構48には、油圧回路を切り換えるための切換弁49が設けられている。この切換弁49は、マニュアル弁17と一体的に移動するように設けられている。切換弁49のスリーブ50には、油圧が導入される入力ポート51と、オイルポンプ34の容量可変部52に連通する供給ポート53と、ドレンポート54が設けられている。
図7に示す吐出量切換制御ルーチンは、AT−ECU22の電源オン期間中に所定周期で繰り返し実行され、特許請求の範囲でいう制御手段としての役割を果たす。
図13に示す吐出量切換制御ルーチンでは、まず、ステップ201で、現在のシフトレンジがDレンジ(つまりマニュアル弁17がDレンジ位置)であるか否かを判定する。このステップ201で、Dレンジではないと判定された場合には、ステップ202以降の処理を実行することなく、本ルーチンを終了する。
Claims (3)
- 車両の動力源(11)で回転駆動されると共に吐出量を変更可能な可変容量型のオイルポンプ(34)を備えた車両の油圧供給装置において、
変速機(12)のレンジを切り換えるレンジ切換機構(16)の駆動源となる電動アクチュエータ(27)と、
前記電動アクチュエータ(27)で駆動されて前記オイルポンプ(34)の吐出量を変更するための切換動作を行う切換動作機構(48,55)と、を備え、
前記切換動作機構(48)は、前記電動アクチュエータ(27)によって駆動される切換弁(49)を備え、該切換弁(49)が、前記オイルポンプ(34)の容量可変部(52)に油圧を供給する油路を形成する第1動作位置と、前記オイルポンプ(34)の容量可変部(52)への油圧供給を停止する第2動作位置との間で切り換わることで、前記オイルポンプ(34)の吐出量を二段階で切り換えるように構成され、
前記電動アクチュエータとしてモータ(27)が設けられ、
前記レンジ切換機構(16)は、前記モータ(27)の回転軸に連結されたマニュアルシャフト(29)にディテントレバー(30)が固定され、前記ディテントレバー(30)に該ディテントレバー(30)の回転に応じて直線運動するマニュアル弁(17)が連結され、
前記切換弁(49)は、前記マニュアル弁(17)と一体的に移動するように設けられていることを特徴とする車両の油圧供給装置。 - 前記オイルポンプ(34)は、前記変速機(12)の油圧制御回路(13)に油圧を供給するポンプであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両の油圧供給装置。
- 前記オイルポンプ(34)の入力回転速度に応じて前記電動アクチュエータ(27)で前記切換動作機構(48,55)の動作位置を切り換えて前記オイルポンプ(34)の吐出量を切り換えるように制御する制御手段(22)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の車両の油圧供給装置。
