Description
まず、図1に基づいて車両の自動変速制御システムの概略構成を説明する。
エンジン11の出力軸(クランク軸)に、自動変速機12の入力軸が連結されている。この自動変速機12には、変速歯車機構(図示せず)と油圧制御回路13等が設けられている。変速歯車機構には、変速段(変速比)を切り換えるための複数のクラッチやブレーキ等の摩擦係合要素(図示せず)が設けられている。また、油圧制御回路13には、摩擦係合要素に作用させる油圧を制御する油圧制御弁14や、摩擦係合要素の作動油の油圧回路を切り換えるマニュアル弁17が設けられている。このマニュアル弁17は、レンジセレクタ15の操作に連動してレンジ切換機構16によって駆動される。
図3に示す目標位置設定ルーチンは、SBW−ECU23の電源オン期間中に所定周期で繰り返し実行され、特許請求の範囲でいう制御手段としての役割を果たす。
図4は、要求レンジがPレンジからRレンジに変更され、それに伴ってシフトレンジをPレンジからRレンジに切り換える途中で、要求レンジがRレンジからDレンジに変更された場合の実行例である。
その後、モータ27の現在位置が目標位置(Dレンジ位置)に到達した時点t3 で、Dレンジへの切り換えが完了する。
その後、図5及び図6に示すように、モータ27の現在位置が目標位置(Rレンジ位置)に到達した時点t3 で、Rレンジへの切り換えが完了する。
Claims (3)
- モータ(27)を駆動源としてシフトレンジを複数のレンジ間で切り換えるレンジ切換機構(16)と、要求レンジを変更する要求レンジ変更手段(15)と、前記モータ(27)を前記要求レンジに基づいて設定した目標位置まで回転させることで前記シフトレンジを前記要求レンジに切り換える制御手段(23)とを備えたレンジ切換制御装置において、
前記制御手段(23)は、前記モータ(27)の回転駆動中に前記要求レンジが変更されたときに、前記モータ(27)の回転方向が変更後の前記要求レンジに相当するモータ回転位置(以下「変更後の要求位置」という)へ向かう方向と同方向で且つ前記変更後の要求位置と現在のモータ回転位置(以下「現在位置」という)との差が所定の判定値よりも大きい場合には、その時点で前記目標位置を前記変更後の要求位置で更新することを特徴とするレンジ切換制御装置。 - 前記制御手段(23)は、前記モータ(27)の回転駆動中に前記要求レンジが変更されたときに、前記変更後の要求位置と前記現在位置との差が前記判定値以下の場合には、変更前の要求レンジへの切り換えが完了した後に前記目標位置を前記変更後の要求位置で更新することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレンジ切換制御装置。
- 前記制御手段(23)は、前記モータ(27)の回転速度に応じて前記判定値を設定することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のレンジ切換制御装置。
