Description
Claims (8)
- 血液処理装置であって、
血液入口と、血液出口とを有する筐体であって、前記血液入口が前記筐体の第1の端部の近くで前記筐体の内部に延在する、筐体と、
前記筐体内に配設された熱交換器コアであって、前記血液入口からコア開口部を通って前記熱交換器コアの外へ進む血液に径方向の流れを加えるように構成され、陥凹部を規定する1つまたは複数のリブを含む熱交換器コアと、
熱交換中空繊維であって、熱交換流体が前記熱交換中空繊維を通って流れることができ且つコア開口部からの血液が前記熱交換中空繊維を横断して流れることができるように、前記熱交換器コアの周りに配置され、前記熱交換器コアの前記1つまたは複数のリブにより支持された熱交換中空繊維と、
前記熱交換器コアの周りに同軸に延在する円筒形のシェルであって、前記筐体の第2の端部の近くに配置された環状のシェル開口部を含み、前記シェル開口部が、前記円筒形のシェルの外へ進む血液に長手方向の血流成分を加えるように構成される、円筒形のシェルと、
ガス交換中空繊維であって、ガスが前記ガス交換中空繊維を通って流れることができ且つ前記環状のシェル開口部から通じる血液が前記ガス交換中空繊維を横断して流れることができるように、前記円筒形のシェルの周りに配置されたガス交換中空繊維と
を備え、
前記熱交換器コアが血液乱流区分を含み、
前記血液乱流区分は、前記熱交換器コアの外面内に形成された凹部と、前記凹部に配置された格子とを備え、前記格子が、前記格子を通って延在する複数の開口部を備える血液処理装置。 - 前記1つまたは複数のリブが、前記熱交換中空繊維を支持し、前記熱交換中空繊維を横断する血流に径方向の成分を提供するように構成された1つまたは複数の径方向に配置されたコアリブを含む、請求項1に記載の血液処理装置。
- 前記熱交換器コアは、前記血液入口と前記コア開口部との間に配置された円錐偏向面を含み、前記円錐偏向面が、前記コア開口部を離れる血流の軌道に径方向の成分を加える、請求項1に記載の血液処理装置。
- 前記筐体が内面を含み、その上に1つまたは複数の径方向に配置された筐体リブが配置され、前記1つまたは複数の径方向に配置された筐体リブは、前記ガス交換中空繊維を横断する血流の軌道に径方向の成分を加えるように構成される、請求項1に記載の血液処理
装置。 - 前記筐体に固定された第1の端部キャップをさらに備え、前記血液入口が、前記第1の端部キャップと一体的に形成される、請求項1に記載の血液処理装置。
- 前記第1の端部キャップと一体的に形成されたガス入口をさらに備え、前記ガス入口は、前記ガス交換中空繊維の内部と流体連通する、請求項5に記載の血液処理装置。
- 前記筐体に固定された第2の端部キャップをさらに備え、前記第2の端部キャップが、前記第2の端部キャップと一体的に形成された熱交換流体入口と、前記第2の端部キャップと一体的に形成された熱交換流体出口とを含み、前記熱交換流体入口および前記熱交換流体出口はそれぞれ、前記熱交換中空繊維の内部と流体連通する、請求項1に記載の血液処理装置。
- 前記第2の端部キャップと一体的に形成されたガス出口をさらに備え、前記ガス出口は、前記ガス交換中空繊維の内部と流体連通する、請求項7に記載の血液処理装置。
