Abstract

Il trovato riguarda uno scambiatore di calore in circuito ematico extracorporeo, comprendente un modulo formato da una carcassa cilindrica cava internamente dotata di corrugazioni elicoidali associata ad un tubo con parete pure munita di cor-rugazioni elicoidali realizzato in materiale buon conduttore del calore, detto tubo creando con la superficie interna della carcassa una prima intercapedine aperta alle estremità.Esso comprende inoltre un modulo, un distributore d'acqua atto ad essere amovibilmente associato internamente alla detta carcassa, il quale ha la superficie esterna dotata di corrugazioni elicoidali affacciate al detto tubo formando così una seconda intercapedine, ed è dotato di mezzi di adduzione dell'acqua ad una estremità di detta seconda intercapedine e di mezzi di ripresa dell'acqua all'altra estremità.Il trovato si presta particolarmente ad essere dimensionato ed accoppiato con ossigenatori nel caso di pazienti di peso molto ridotto.
