Claims (7)
- 複数のバッテリーセルのうち選択された二つ以上のバッテリーセルの間に、ヒートパイプをオーバーモールディングして埋め込んだ熱伝導性の界面プレートを密着配置し、前記ヒートパイプの上端部に一体に連結されたヒートシンクを、冷却空気流路に載置させ、前記界面プレートが配置されていないバッテリーセルの間に、面状発熱体が密着配置され、
前記面状発熱体は、
バッテリーセルとの完全な面接触のためのポリウレタン層と、発熱時に耐熱性を担うポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)層とがラミネートされたフィルムと、
フィルムのポリエチレンテレフタレート層上にコーティングされる発熱体と、
発熱体を保護するために、発熱体上にコーティングされて表面硬化されたLSR材質の保護層と、から構成されたことを特徴とする環境親和型車両のバッテリーモジュール間接冷却装置。 - 前記界面プレートは、高い熱伝導性を有する熱可塑性のエラストマー素材として採択されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の環境親和型車両のバッテリーモジュール間接冷却装置。
- 前記ヒートパイプは、アルミニウム材質を用いた帯状の平面状に備えられ、界面プレート内に等間隔に埋め込まれたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の環境親和型車両のバッテリーモジュール間接冷却装置。
- 前記ヒートパイプは、1.0ないし1.5mmの厚さに製作され、前記界面プレートは、ヒートパイプの厚さを含めて、2ないし5mmの厚さにモールディングされたことを特徴とする請求項1または3に記載の環境親和型車両のバッテリーモジュール間接冷却装置。
- 前記ヒートシンクは、ヒートパイプ内に気化した作動流体を凝縮させる凝縮部であって、ヒートパイプの上端部に、複数の放熱板が上下方向に等間隔を成して一体に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の環境親和型車両のバッテリーモジュール間接冷却装置。
- 前記面状発熱体は、0.5mm以下の厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の環境親和型車両のバッテリーモジュール間接冷却装置。
- 前記バッテリーセルを取り囲む外部ハウジングは、熱伝導度の低い素材で形成され、その上端部には、前記ヒートシンクが載置される単一の冷却空気流路が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の環境親和型車両のバッテリーモジュール間接冷却装置。
