Description
- R1は、メチル基またはエチル基を表し、
- R2は、水素原子またはメチル基もしくはエチル基を表し、
- R3は、直鎖C1〜C6もしくは分岐鎖C3〜C6アルキル基、または直鎖C2〜C6もしくは分岐鎖C3〜C6アルケニル基を表し、
- Xは、=Oまたは-OHを表す)。
- R1が、メチル基またはエチル基を表し、
- R2が、水素原子またはメチル基もしくはエチル基を表し、
- R3が、C1〜C6直鎖アルキル基を表し、
- Xが、=Oまたは-OHを表す、
一般式(I)の化合物である。
- R1が、メチル基またはエチル基を表し、
- R2が、水素原子またはメチル基もしくはエチル基を表し、
- R3が、C1〜C6直鎖アルキル基を表し、
- Xが、=Oを表す、
一般式(I)の化合物が使用されるであろう。
1.本発明による化合物の調製方法
これらの一般式(I)の化合物の調製方法は、例えば、以下の通りでもよい。
ジンゲロン(上にその化学式を挙げた化合物1)の、in vitroでのケラチノサイト分化に与える効果を研究する。フィラグリン分化のマーカーの発現および位置を、培養中のケラチノサイトにおいて特に研究し、したがってこの化合物がこれらの細胞の分化を増加させる能力について評価することを可能にする。
正常なヒトのケラチノサイト(NHEK)を、SFM完全培地中、37℃および5%CO2下で24時間、中程度のコンフルエンスが得られるまで培養した。SFM完全培地は、下垂体エキス(25μg/ml)、EGF(0.25ng/ml)およびゲンタマイシン(25μg/ml)で補充したSFM培養培地である。
結果を、以下のTable 1(表2)にまとめる。
ジンゲロンは、正常なヒトの表皮ケラチノサイトにおけるフィラグリンタンパク質の発現を、有意に、かつ用量依存的に増加させる。
3.1.ローション
下記(質量%)を含むローションを調製する:
- 実施例1で試験した化合物(ジンゲロン) 0.75%
- グリセロール 2%
- エチルアルコール 20%
- 脱塩水 100%までの適量
下記(質量%)を含む顔用ジェルを調製する:
- ポリアクリル酸グリセリル(Norgel) 30%
- ポリアクリルアミド/C13〜14イソパラフィン/ラウレス-7(Sepigel 305) 2%
- シリコーン油 10%
- 化合物1(ジンゲロン) 5%
- 水 100%までの適量
Claims (6)
- 一般式(I)の化合物が、
- R1が、エチル基を表し、
- R2が、水素原子またはメチル基もしくはエチル基を表し、
- R3が、C1〜C6直鎖アルキル基を表し、
- Xが、=Oまたは-OHを表す
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。 - 前記化合物が、エチルジンゲロンから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記化合物が、生理的に許容される媒体とともに、前記組成物の総質量に対して0.1質量%から10質量%の間の含有量で存在することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 局所適用に適していることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の組成物。
