Description
(1)アルミナセメントを結合剤とし、第一リン酸カリウムを含有させていることを特徴とする乾式吹き付け施工用不定形耐火物。
本発明の吹き付け施工用の不定形耐火物は、一般的に耐火性骨材とアルミナセメントを主成分とする粉体に第一リン酸カリウムを添加してなる。本発明においては、従来の吹き付け耐火物に汎用されている微粉末(シリカフラワー他)、硬化促進剤(消石灰他)、分散剤(リン酸塩、カルボン酸塩他)等が適宜併用できる。
・粒径1mm以上の粗粒:30〜60%
・粒径1〜0mmの中粒:20〜40%
・粒径0.075mm以下の微粒:20〜40%
であることが好ましい。
実施例5〜9は比較例と比較しリバウンドロスが極めて少ない。実施例5〜9は、吹き付け状況が改善されており、吹き付け可能肉厚が大きいこともわかる。また、吹き付け面との接着強度が高く、施工体の圧縮強度が高くなっている。
