Claims (8)
- 電極組立体;
前記電極組立体を収容するケース;および
前記ケースと前記電極組立体の外表面との間に配置される弾性部材を含み、
前記弾性部材は、一軸を有する中空部を規定する傾斜面を含み、
前記傾斜面は、前記中空部の前記一軸に相対的に傾いた位置を有しており、前記ケースから前記電極組立体に向かって内側に傾いており、
前記中空部は、丸い終端を有し、外側に突出する指状突起を有する楕円形であり、
前記電極組立体は、ゼリーロール状態で巻き取られた正極、負極、及びセパレータを含む、2次電池。 - 前記弾性部材は、前記中空部を囲む環状構造を有する、請求項1に記載の2次電池。
- 前記環状構造は、閉曲線構造である、請求項2に記載の2次電池。
- 前記2次電池は、前記電極組立体の外表面と前記ケースとの間に複数の弾性部材を含む、請求項1に記載の2次電池。
- 前記複数の弾性部材は、内側弾性部材と外側弾性部材を含み、
前記内側弾性部材は、前記外側弾性部材と前記電極組立体との間に位置し、前記外側弾性部材は、前記ケースと前記内側弾性部材との間に位置し、前記複数の弾性部材は、前記傾斜面が同一方向に傾く表面接触状態で積層される、請求項4に記載の2次電池。 - 前記弾性部材は、前記電極組立体に向かって弾性力を作用する、請求項1に記載の2次電池。
- 前記弾性部材は、前記傾斜面により形成される頂部が切断された円錐状である、請求項1に記載の2次電池。
- 前記傾斜面は、比較的に緩い位置と比較的に圧迫された位置の間で動き、前記中空部の前記軸を基準に前記傾斜面の傾斜角は前記比較的に緩い位置よりも前記比較的に圧迫された位置で大きい、請求項1に記載の2次電池。
