Claims (9)
- 電極アセンブリと、
前記電極アセンブリを収容するケースと、
前記ケースの開口を覆うキャッププレートと、
折れ曲がっていてコーナー部を有する集電部材と、を含み、
前記集電部材は、
前記電極アセンブリに締結される集電部と、
前記集電部材の前記コーナー部において前記集電部から延長される端子締結部と、
ヒューズ部と、を含み、
前記集電部材は、前記ヒューズ部に隣接して形成されたヒューズホールを有し、
前記ヒューズ部は、前記集電部材の第1側に形成される第1ヒューズ部と、前記第1側の反対側である前記集電部材の第2側に形成される第2ヒューズ部とを含み、
前記第1ヒューズ部と前記コーナー部との間の距離は、前記第2ヒューズ部と前記コーナー部との間の距離よりも大きい、2次電池。 - 前記電極アセンブリと電気的に連結され、前記キャッププレートを貫通して前記ケースの外部に突出した電極端子をさらに含み、
前記電極端子は、前記端子締結部に締結される、請求項1に記載の2次電池。 - 前記電極端子は、
前記端子締結部と前記キャッププレートとの間に位置する端子フランジと、
前記端子フランジの第1面から延長されて、前記キャッププレートを貫通して前記ケースの外部に突出した端子柱と、
を含む、請求項2に記載の2次電池。 - 前記電極端子は、前記第1面の反対側である前記端子フランジの第2面から突出した支持突起をさらに含み、
前記端子締結部は、接合ホールを有し、前記支持突起は、前記接合ホールに収容されて前記端子締結部と前記電極端子とを締結する、請求項3に記載の2次電池。 - 前記集電部材と前記キャッププレートとの間に位置する絶縁部材をさらに含み、
前記絶縁部材は、前記端子締結部を収容する第1締結溝と、前記端子フランジを収容する第2締結溝と、前記端子柱を貫通して収容する端子ホールとを含む、請求項3又は4に記載の2次電池。 - 前記ヒューズ部は、前記端子締結部に形成される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の2次電池。
- 前記ヒューズホールは、前記第1ヒューズ部と前記第2ヒューズ部との間に形成され、
前記第1ヒューズ部に隣接した前記ヒューズホールの第1端部と前記コーナー部との間の距離は、前記第2ヒューズ部に隣接した前記ヒューズホールの第2端部と前記コーナー部との間の距離よりも大きく形成される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の2次電池。 - 前記ヒューズホールは、前記第1ヒューズ部と第2ヒューズ部との間に形成され、
前記ヒューズホールは、前記第1ヒューズ部に隣接した第1ヒューズホール部と、前記第2ヒューズ部に隣接した第2ヒューズホール部と、前記第1ヒューズホール部と前記第2ヒューズホール部との間で延長される第3ヒューズホール部と、を含み、
前記第1ヒューズホール部および第2ヒューズホール部は、前記コーナー部の折れ曲がり軸に沿った第1方向に実質的に平行な方向に延長され、前記第3ヒューズホール部は、前記第1方向に対して斜めな方向に前記第1ヒューズホール部と前記第2ヒューズホール部との間で延長される、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の2次電池。 - 前記2次電池は、電気自動車またはハイブリッド電気自動車を推進するモータ駆動の動力源の用途で適用される、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の2次電池。
