Claims (5)
- ガス供給源から吸入路を通して供給されたガスを圧縮する圧縮機と、
前記圧縮機から漏出したリークガスを回収する回収部と、
を備え、
前記回収部が、
前記圧縮機から漏出するリークガスを圧縮する補助圧縮機と、
前記補助圧縮機にて昇圧されたリークガスを回収する回収タンクと、
を備え、
前記回収タンクから前記吸入路へとリークガスを戻し、
前記吸入路上において、前記回収タンクとの接続位置、および、前記ガス供給源の間に設けられる吸入路開閉弁をさらに備え、
リークガスを前記吸入路へ戻す際に、前記吸入路開閉弁を閉塞するガス圧縮装置。 - 前記補助圧縮機と前記圧縮機との間のリークガスの圧力が閾値以上となった場合に、前記補助圧縮機がリークガスの圧縮を行う請求項1に記載のガス圧縮装置。
- ガス供給源から吸入路を通して供給されたガスを圧縮する圧縮機と、
前記圧縮機から漏出したリークガスを回収する回収部と、
を備え、
前記回収部が、
前記圧縮機から漏出するリークガスを圧縮する補助圧縮機と、
前記補助圧縮機にて昇圧されたリークガスを回収する回収タンクと、
を備え、
前記回収タンクから前記吸入路へとリークガスを戻し、
前記吸入路が、前記補助圧縮機の吸入側に接続される分岐路を備え、
前記ガス供給源のガスの圧力が閾値未満となった場合に、前記補助圧縮機が前記分岐路から供給されるガスを圧縮し、前記吸入路へ戻すガス圧縮装置。 - 前記圧縮機と、前記補助圧縮機の吸入部との間に、リークガスを一時的に貯留するバッファタンクをさらに備える請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載のガス圧縮装置。
- 前記補助圧縮機が、ハイポサイクロイド機構を動作機構として用いた往復動圧縮機、レシプロモータ又はリニアモータを駆動源とする往復動圧縮機の何れかの圧縮機である請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載のガス圧縮装置。
