ゲル分率(重量%)=(A−B)/(C−B)×100
作製した粘着テープを10mm幅に裁断して得た試験片を、垂直に保持したステンレス板の下端に、粘着面積が10mm×20mmとなるように貼付した。このとき、試験片の長さ方向が垂直方向となるようにし、試験片の下端はステンレス板に接しないようにした。次に、試験片の当該下端に500gの荷重を垂直下方にかけ、全体を230℃で1時間保持した際の試験片のずれ量を、顕微鏡を用いて評価した。
作製した粘着テープを10mm幅に裁断して得た試験片をステンレス板に、粘着面積が10mm×20mmとなるように貼付した。このとき、試験片の一方の端部がステンレス板に接しないようにした。次に、試験片の当該端部に20gの荷重をステンレス板の表面に垂直な方向にかけ、ただちに全体を250℃になるまで加熱し、そのまま1時間保持した際の試験片の剥離距離を評価した。
作製した粘着テープを60℃で7日間保存した後、一度常温に冷却し、上記高温環境下でのせん断方向ずれ量、および高温環境下での90°方向剥離量を評価した。
ジメチルポリシロキサン(重量平均分子量70万、生ゴム状)100重量部と、シリコーンレジンとして、M単位である(CH3)3SiO1/2単位44モル%およびQ単位であるSiO2単位56モル%からなるMQレジン(重量平均分子量5500)170重量部と、トルエンとを混合した。次に、得られた混合物を100〜120℃で4時間保持し、ジメチルポリシロキサンとMQレジンとを部分縮合させた。その後、さらにトルエンを加えて固形分(不揮発分)の調整をして、ジメチルポリシロキサン、MQレジンおよびこれらの部分縮合物のトルエン溶液A(濃度60重量%)を得た。得られた溶液Aは、粘調かつ無色透明であった。
混合する過酸化ベンゾイルのキシレン溶液の量を固形分換算で1.5重量部とした以外は実施例1と同様にして、粘着テープを得た。
付加反応硬化型シリコーンゴムを混合しなかった以外は実施例1と同様にして、粘着テープを得た。
混合する過酸化ベンゾイルのキシレン溶液の量を固形分換算で2.1重量部とするとともに、付加反応硬化型シリコーンゴムを混合しなかった以外は実施例1と同様にして、粘着テープを得た。
混合する付加反応硬化型シリコーンゴムの量を0.6重量部とした以外は実施例1と同様にして、粘着テープを得た。
混合する過酸化ベンゾイルのキシレン溶液の量を固形分換算で1.5重量部とするとともに、混合する付加反応硬化型シリコーンゴムの量を6.0重量部とした以外は実施例1と同様にして、粘着テープを得た。
Claims (6)
- 過酸化物硬化型シリコーン樹脂100重量部と、
有機過酸化物硬化剤1.2〜3.2重量部と、
付加反応硬化型シリコーンゴム2〜9重量部と、を含むシリコーン粘着剤組成物。 - 基材と、
前記基材上に配置された、請求項1に記載のシリコーン粘着剤組成物による粘着層と、を含む粘着テープ。 - 前記基材が、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)が含浸したガラスクロス基材である、請求項2に記載の粘着テープ。
- 請求項1に記載のシリコーン粘着剤組成物が基材上に配置された原テープを加熱して、前記組成物から粘着層を形成し、
前記基材と、前記基材上に配置された前記粘着層とを含む粘着テープを得る、粘着テープの製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載のシリコーン粘着剤組成物が配置された転写基材を加熱して、前記組成物から粘着層を形成し、
前記粘着層を前記転写基材から基材に転写して、
前記基材と、前記基材上に配置された前記粘着層とを含む粘着テープを得る、粘着テープの製造方法。 - 前記基材が、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)が含浸したガラスクロス基材である、請求項4または5に記載の粘着テープの製造方法。
