Description
Claims (18)
- シリンジ胴部内から流体を確動移動させて出すために、前記シリンジ胴部内において使用するためにプランジャロッドとの装着のために構成されたストッパにおいて、
(a)閉鎖前端部および本体の外周部の周囲に延在する鞍部を有する、前記本体と、
(b)前記閉鎖前端部に隣接して前記本体に可撓性の膜を介して相互連結され、シリンジ胴部の出口の内部表面と共に確実なシール部を形成するように構成された形状を有する鼻状部分を備える芯部材と、
(c)前記本体の前記閉鎖前端部の方向に延在する外周スカートであって、陽圧チャンバを形成するために、前記本体と前記スカートとの間に少なくとも1つの閉鎖ポケットを形成するスペースを設けるように前記鞍部と協働する、スカートと、
(d)前記本体の外周部の周囲にラジアル方向に外方に延在する少なくとも1つのリブと、
を備え、
前記本体は、プランジャロッドの前方端部上の対応するテーパ部に接触するように構成されたテーパ部を有する内方面を備え、前記接触するテーパ部は、プランジャロッドに対して前方力が加えられる際に、ストッパがシリンジ胴部に対してラジアル方向力を加えるように共に協働し、
プランジャロッドに対する前方力によって前記少なくとも1つのリブをシリンジ胴部内で前進させ、その後、前方力が除かれたとき、前記少なくとも1つのリブとシリンジ胴部との間の摩擦力により、当該少なくとも1つのリブは前進された位置に留まり、かつ前記可撓性の膜が変形して任意の閉じ込められた流体が押し出されることを特徴とするストッパ。 - 前記本体は、プランジャロッドの前部部分を受容するように構成された後方開口端部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のストッパ。
- 前記スカートは、前記スペースを設けるために、ラジアル方向に内方に前記鞍部の方向に偏位することが可能であり、前記鞍部と実質的に接触状態になることが可能な可撓性材料から形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のストッパ。
- 前記スカートは、ラジアル方向に内方に偏位し、前記鞍部の下部部分と実質的に接触状態になるように構成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のストッパ。
- 前記本体は、第1の直径を有する第1の本体部分と、前記第1の直径よりも大きな第2の直径を有する第2の本体部分とを備え、前記スカートは、前記第2の本体部分から前記第1の本体部分の周囲に延在することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のストッパ。
- 前記鞍部は、前記スカートと係合するために、前記第1の本体部分からラジアル方向に外方に延在することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のストッパ。
- 前記スカートは、リップ部分およびテール部分を有し、リップ部分の外方面が、シリンジ胴部の内方面と接触するように構成された外方に延在する外周部の第1のリブを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のストッパ。
- 前記スカートの前記テール部分は、解放力を低減させ、シリンジ胴部に対するスカートの静摩擦を低減させるために、シリンジ胴部との前記スカートの接触区域を最小限に抑えるように、シリンジ胴部の前記内方面からある予め定められた距離だけ離れて配置される外方面を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のストッパ。
- 前記スカートは、本体の第1の本体部分の周囲に同心方向に延在する円筒状の形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のストッパ。
- 前記芯部材は、前部部分、後部部分、および、前記前部および後部部分との間に位置する中央部分を備え、前記前部部分は、前記本体の前端部を越えて延在することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のストッパ。
- 前記芯部材は、芯部材を前記本体から独立して動かすために、前記芯部材と前記本体との間に延在する前記可撓性膜を介して前記本体と相互連結されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のストッパ。
- 前記可撓性膜、および、前記スカートと前記本体との間の前記スペースは、位置エネルギーを保存するように構成されることにより、プランジャロッドに対する陽圧が除かれ、前記芯部材の前記鼻状部分と出口の内部表面との間のシール部が解除されると、前記位置エネルギーの解放により、シリンジ胴部内の流体が出口を通り押し出されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のストッパ。
- 前記少なくとも1つのリブは、シリンジ胴部と共に能動シール部を形成するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のストッパ。
- 前記スカートと前記本体との間の前記スペースは、前記前記少なくとも1つのリブに対して前方位置に配置されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のストッパ。
- 前記本体は、第1の直径を有する第1の本体部分と、前記第1の直径よりも大きな第2の直径を有する第2の本体部分とを備え、および前記本体は、少なくとも1つの他のリブを備え、前記少なくとも1つのリブと前記少なくとも1つの他のリブは、ラジアル方向に外方に、前記本体の第2の本体部分の外周部の周囲に延在し、前記第2の本体部分に沿って軸方向に離間されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のストッパ。
- 前記本体は、前記後方開口端部の内方に軸方向に延在する少なくとも1つのアンダーカット部分を備え、前記アンダーカット部分は、前記ストッパ内にプランジャロッドの前部部分をロックするように構成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のストッパ。
- 前記アンダーカット部分は、プランジャロッドの前部部分と協働するように構成された逆テーパ部を備えることを特徴とする請求項16に記載のストッパ。
- 前記スカートは、前記鞍部と協働するための予め定められた長さおよび予め定められた接触区域を有し、前記長さおよび前記接触区域は、空気を閉じ込めて空気チャンバから流体チャンバへの圧力の伝達を可能にするのに十分な、予め定められたギャップを形成するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のストッパ。
