Claims (18)
- ニードル本体部と、
前記ニードル本体部の表面にコーティングされ、口腔内皮組職に伝達される有効成分を含む有効成分コーティング部と、
前記ニードル本体部に結合され、口腔内部の皮膚形状に沿って曲るベース部と
を備え、
前記ベース部は、ポリエチレン(PE)、ポリプロピレン(PP)、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)、ポリメタクリル酸メチル(PMMA)、エチレン酢酸ビニル(EVA)、ポリカプロラクトン(PCL)、ポリウレタン(PU)、ポリエチレンテレフタラート(PET)、ポリエチレングリコール(PEG)、ポリビニルアルコール(PVA)、ポリラクチド(PLA)、乳酸−グリコール酸共重合体(PLGA)およびポリグリコライド(PGA)からなる群より選択される少なくとも1つを含み、
前記ニードル本体部および前記有効成分コーティング部に増粘剤が含まれ、前記ニードル本体部に含まれる増粘剤の水分に対する溶解度よりも、前記有効成分コーティング部に含まれる増粘剤の水分に対する溶解度がさらに大きいことを特徴とする、歯科用物質伝達のためのマイクロニードル。 - 前記ベース部は、ポリエチレン(PE)、ポリプロピレン(PP)、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)、ポリメタクリル酸メチル(PMMA)、エチレン酢酸ビニル(EVA)、ポリウレタン(PU)、ポリエチレンテレフタラート(PET)、ポリエチレングリコール(PEG)、ポリビニルアルコール(PVA)、ポリラクチド(PLA)、乳酸−グリコール酸共重合体(PLGA)およびポリグリコライド(PGA)からなる群より選択される少なくとも1つとポリカプロラクトン(PCL)とを1:9〜5:5の重量%の割合で含む、請求項1に記載の歯科用物質伝達のためのマイクロニードル。
- 前記ベース部は、ポリエチレン(PE)、ポリプロピレン(PP)、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)、ポリメタクリル酸メチル(PMMA)、エチレン酢酸ビニル(EVA)、ポリウレタン(PU)、ポリエチレンテレフタラート(PET)、ポリエチレングリコール(PEG)、ポリビニルアルコール(PVA)、ポリラクチド(PLA)、乳酸−グリコール酸共重合体(PLGA)およびポリグリコライド(PGA)からなる群より選択される少なくとも1つとポリカプロラクトン(PCL)とを1:9または2:8の重量%の割合で含む、請求項2に記載の歯科用物質伝達のためのマイクロニードル。
- 前記ベース部は、乳酸−グリコール酸共重合体(PLGA)とポリカプロラクトン(PCL)を1:9〜5:5の重量%の割合で含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の歯科用物質伝達のためのマイクロニードル。
- 前記ニードル本体部は、口腔内皮組職に伝達される有効成分をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の歯科用物質伝達のためのマイクロニードル。
- 前記ニードル本体部に含まれる増粘剤は、カルボキシメチルセルロース(CMC)、ヒアルロン酸(hyaluronic acid)、アルギン酸(alginic acid)、ペクチン(pectin)、カラギーナン(carrageenan)、コンドロイチン(硫酸)、デキストラン(硫酸)、キトサン(chitosan)、ポリリジン(polylysine)、カルボキシメチルキチン(carboxymethyl chitin)、フィブリン(fibrin)、アガロース(agarose)、プルラン(Pullulan)、ポリ酸無水物(polyanhydride)、ポリオルトエステル(polyorthoester)、ポリエーテルエステル(polyetherester)、ポリエステルアミド(polyesteramide)、ポリ(酪酸)、ポリ(吉草酸)、ポリアクリル酸塩(polyacrylate)、エチレン−酢酸ビニル(ethylene−vinyl acetate)重合体、アクリル置換セルロースアセテート、ポリ塩化ビニル(Polyvinyl Chloride)、ポリフッ化ビニリデン(Polyvinylidene Fluoride)、ポリ(ビニルイミダゾール)、クロロスルホン化ポリオレフィン(chlorosulphonate polyolefins)、ポリエチレンオキサイド(polyethylene oxide)、ポリビニルピロリドン(PVP)、ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース(HPMC)、エチルセルロース(EC)、ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース(HPC)、カルボキシメチルセルロース(carboxymethyl cellulose)、シクロデキストリン(cyclodextrin)、マルトース(Maltose)、ラクトース(Lactose)、トレハロース(Trehalose)、セロビオース(Cellobiose)、イソマルトース(Isomaltose)、ツラノース(Turanose)、ラクツロース(Lactulose)、これらの高分子を形成する単量体の共重合体およびセルロースからなる群より選択される少なくとも1つを含む、請求項5に記載の歯科用物質伝達のためのマイクロニードル。
- 前記有効成分コーティング部は、口腔内皮組職に伝達される有効成分をさらに含む、請求項6に記載の歯科用物質伝達のためのマイクロニードル。

前記ニードル本体部および前記有効成分コーティング部に含まれるマルトース(Maltose)、ラクトース(Lactose)、トレハロース(Trehalose)、セロビオース(Cellobiose)、イソマルトース(Isomaltose)、ツラノース(Turanose)およびラクツロース(Lactulose)のうち少なくとも1つを第2増粘剤とするとき、
前記有効成分コーティング部における第1増粘剤に対する第2増粘剤の重量%の割合は、前記ニードル本体部における第1増粘剤に対する第2増粘剤の重量%の割合よりもさらに大きいことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の歯科用物質伝達のためのマイクロニードル。 - 前記ニードル本体部における第1増粘剤:第2増粘剤:有効成分の重量%の割合は、1〜7%:1〜10%:1〜10%であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の歯科用物質伝達のためのマイクロニードル。
- 前記ニードル本体部における第1増粘剤:第2増粘剤:有効成分の重量%の割合は、5%:5%:5%であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の歯科用物質伝達のためのマイクロニードル。
- 前記ニードル本体部における増粘剤と有効成分の重量%の割合は、2:1〜3:1の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の歯科用物質伝達のためのマイクロニードル。
- 前記有効成分コーティング部における第1増粘剤:第2増粘剤:有効成分の重量%の割合は、1〜10%:1〜30%:1〜30%であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の歯科用物質伝達のためのマイクロニードル。
- 前記有効成分コーティング部における第1増粘剤:第2増粘剤:有効成分の重量%の割合は、3%:30%:30%であることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の歯科用物質伝達のためのマイクロニードル。
- 前記有効成分コーティング部における増粘剤と有効成分の重量%の割合は、1:1〜1:2の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の歯科用物質伝達のためのマイクロニードル。
- 前記第1増粘剤はカルボキシメチルセルロース(CMC)であり、前記第2増粘剤はマルトース(Maltose)であり、前記有効成分はリドカインであることを特徴とする、請求項10〜15のうちいずれか一項に記載の歯科用物質伝達のためのマイクロニードル。
- 前記ニードル本体部および前記有効成分コーティング部に含まれる有効成分は、リドカイン(Lidocaine)、メピバカイン(Mepivacaine)、プリロカイン(Prilocaine)、ブピバカイン(Bupivacaine)、エチドカイン(Etidocaine)、アルチカイン(Articaine)、プロカイン(Procaine)、プロポキシカイン(Propoxycaine)、テトラカイン(Tetracaine)、ロピバカイン(Ropivacaine)、ブタカイン(Butacaine)、ピペロカイン(Piperocaine)、コカイン(Cocaine)、ベンゾカイン(Benzocaine)、クロロプロカイン(Chloroprocaine)、プロパラカイン(Proparacaine)およびジクロニン(Dyclonine)のうち少なくとも1つを含む、請求項5または7に記載の歯科用物質伝達のためのマイクロニードル。
- 水溶性のニードル本体部と、
前記ニードル本体部の表面にコーティングされ、口腔内皮組職に伝達される有効成分を含む有効成分コーティング部と、
前記ニードル本体部に結合され、歯茎形状に沿って曲るベース部と
を備え、
前記ベース部は、乳酸−グリコール酸共重合体(PLGA)とポリカプロラクトン(PCL)を1:9〜5:5の重量%の割合で混合され、
前記ニードル本体部および前記有効成分コーティング部に増粘剤が含まれ、前記ニードル本体部に含まれる増粘剤の水分に対する溶解度よりも、前記有効成分コーティング部に含まれる増粘剤の水分に対する溶解度がさらに大きいことを特徴とする、歯科用物質伝達のためのマイクロニードル。
