Description
図1は、本発明の固体電解コンデンサの構成を説明する図であり、図1(a)は、固体電解コンデンサの概略断面図、図1(b)は、A部の拡大図である。
まず、弁作用金属であるタンタル粉末をプレス機を用いて直方体に成形し、真空または不活性ガス雰囲気中で焼結して多孔質体を形成する。この時、多孔質体の任意の面からタンタルワイヤ等からなる陽極リードが導出している。
弁作用金属であるタンタル粉末に陽極リードを埋め込み、プレス成形により、形状が長さ4.5mm×幅3.6mm×厚さ0.9mmの成型体を形成した。その成型体を1300℃、20分間真空中で焼結し、多孔質体を得た。その後、多孔質体を濃度0.2mass%のリン酸水溶液中に浸した後、直流電圧を15V印加して多孔質体の表面に酸化皮膜からなる誘電体層を設け、陽極体を得た。
実施例2は、酸化皮膜修復層にリン酸を含んだ構成とした以外は、実施例1と同様である。
比較例として、酸化皮膜修復層に導電性高分子を含有させないで形成した以外は、実施例1と同様にして固体電解コンデンサを500個製作した。

Claims (6)
- 陽極リードを導出する多孔質層を設けた弁作用金属からなる陽極体と、誘電体層と、酸化皮膜を形成する能力を有する酸化皮膜修復層と、固体電解質層と、グラファイトペースト層と、銀ペースト層とを順次備え、前記酸化皮膜修復層は、導電性高分子と、水を保持したゲル化剤からなり、前記固体電解質層は前記導電性高分子からなることを特徴とする固体電解コンデンサ。
- 前記酸化皮膜修復層は、前記導電性高分子と前記水を保持したゲル化剤が、固溶した状態もしくは分散した状態であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 前記酸化皮膜修復層の水の含有率が、1mass%以上90mass%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 前記酸化皮膜修復層が前記誘電体層の上に設けられ、前記酸化皮膜修復層の上に少なくとも1層の前記固体電解質層が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 前記導電性高分子は、ピロール、アニリン、チオフェン、あるいはそれらの誘導体の重合体から選ばれる少なくとも1種からなることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 前記ゲル化剤がポリアクリル酸ナトリウム、ポリフッ化ビニリデン、ポリエチレンオキサイド、ポリビニルピロリドン、ポリアクリロニトリル、ポリビニリデンクロライドおよびそれらの誘導体から選ばれる少なくとも1種からなることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
