Claims (11)
- バッテリーパックを管理するバッテリー管理システムであって、
前記バッテリーパックに含まれた二次電池を管理するN(Nは2以上の自然数)個のバッテリー管理ユニット;
前記バッテリー管理システムを制御する外部装置にデータを送信できるように各バッテリー管理ユニットに電気的に連結された通信ライン;
前記外部装置と前記バッテリー管理システムとを電気的に絶縁しながら信号を伝達する絶縁素子;及び
前記通信ラインと電気的に連結され、前記通信ラインを介して受信した信号を混合する信号混合器;を含み、
前記各バッテリー管理ユニットは、前記外部装置との間でデータの送受信するための通信プロトコルとして、データ伝送準備区間及びデータ伝送区間のスタートポイントで信号のロジックレベルが変化するADSYNC(Active Directory SYNC)を用いて、時分割によって前記バッテリーパックに関する2以上のデータを前記外部装置に伝送することを特徴とするバッテリー管理システム。 - 前記絶縁素子は、フォトカプラであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリー管理システム。
- 前記各バッテリー管理ユニットと前記通信ラインとの間に電気的に連結されたレベルシフトをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリー管理システム。
- 前記ADSYNCのデータ伝送区間に含まれる2以上のデータは、それぞれのデータの幅が同じであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリー管理システム。
- 前記ADSYNCのデータ伝送区間に含まれる2以上のデータは、前記データ伝送区間のスタートポイントに近いデータの幅よりスタートポイントから遠いデータの幅が広いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリー管理システム。
- 前記データの幅は、前記データ伝送区間のスタートポイントに近いデータの幅より前記データ伝送区間のスタートポイントから遠いデータの幅が5%以上増加したことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリー管理システム。
- 前記ADSYNCのデータ伝送区間には、前記データの間に境界を示すパルスが含まれたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリー管理システム。
- 前記N個のバッテリー管理ユニットは、隣接した他のバッテリー管理ユニットとの同期化のために両者を電気的に連結させる同期化ラインをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリー管理システム。
- 前記N個のバッテリー管理ユニットは、前記ADSYNCによって同期化を行うことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のバッテリー管理システム。
- 前記N個のバッテリー管理ユニットは、それぞれフリーランADSYNCを出力し、出力されたフリーランADSYNCのうちいずれか1つのフリーランADSYNCに同期化されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバッテリー管理システム。
- 前記N個のバッテリー管理ユニットは、前記N個のバッテリー管理ユニットが出力したフリーランADSYNCのうち、データ伝送準備区間の幅及びADSYNC周期の幅が最も狭いフリーランADSYNCに同期化されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のバッテリー管理システム。
