Description
発明の実施形態に係る組電池の制御装置の一例として、ハイブリッド車両や電気自動車等の車両用電池として用いられる組電池の制御装置について説明する。
上述した第1実施形態では、いわゆるカスケード通信方式を利用してフォトカプラPC1,PC2を減数するにあたり、フォトカプラが設けられたセルコントローラCC1,CC3とフォトカプラが設けられていないセルコントローラCC2との間の消費電力の不均衡を抵抗R21,R22,R31,R32により解消することとしたが、この回路構成および通信方式の場合では、バッテリーコントローラ10とセルコントローラCC1〜CC3との間で送受信されるデータによっても、セルコントローラ間で消費電力の不均衡が生じることがある。

Claims (5)
- 組電池を構成する単電池に接続され、前記単電池の状態を監視する複数の監視手段と、
前記複数の監視手段との間で、電気絶縁性を有する通信手段を介して前記単電池の状態に関するデータの通信を行う組電池制御手段と、を備え、
前記複数の監視手段は、
他の監視手段との間で前記データの通信を行う第1監視手段と、
他の監視手段との間での通信に加えて、前記通信手段を介して前記組電池制御手段との間で通信を行う第2監視手段とを含む組電池の制御装置であって、
前記データの通信に応じた電力を消費する電力消費手段をさらに備え、
前記電力消費手段は、前記第1監視手段が前記他の監視手段との間で前記データの通信を行う信号線上に設けられた抵抗であることを特徴とする組電池の制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の組電池の制御装置において、
前記抵抗による消費電力は、前記通信手段が消費する電力に相当することを特徴とする組電池の制御装置。 - 請求項2に記載の組電池の制御装置において、
前記通信手段は、互いに電気絶縁された送信側通信手段と受信側通信手段とを含み、
前記第2監視手段は、
前記組電池制御手段へ前記データを送信するとともに前記送信側通信手段による電力が消費される送信側第2監視手段と、
前記組電池制御手段から前記データを受信するとともに前記受信側通信手段による電力が消費される受信側第2監視手段と、を含み、
前記抵抗による消費電力は、前記送信側通信手段が消費する電力に相当することを特徴とする組電池の制御装置。 - 請求項3に記載の組電池の制御装置において、
前記電力消費手段は、前記受信側第2監視手段が前記組電池制御手段との間で前記データの通信を行う信号線上に設けられた第2抵抗を含み、
前記第2抵抗による消費電力は、前記送信側第2監視手段の送信側通信手段が消費する電力から前記受信側第2監視手段の受信側通信手段が消費する電力を減じた電力に相当することを特徴とする組電池の制御装置。 - 組電池を構成する単電池に接続され、前記単電池の状態を監視する複数の監視手段と、
前記複数の監視手段との間で、電気絶縁性を有する通信手段を介して前記単電池の状態に関するデータの通信を行う組電池制御手段と、を備え、
前記複数の監視手段は、
他の監視手段との間で前記データの通信を行う第1監視手段と、
他の監視手段との間での通信に加えて、前記通信手段を介して前記組電池制御手段との間で通信を行う第2監視手段とを含む組電池の制御装置であって、
前記データの通信に応じた電力を消費する電力消費手段をさらに備え、
前記電力消費手段は、前記監視手段から前記組電池制御手段へ送信されるデータに付加される平準化用ダミー信号であり、
前記平準化用ダミー信号は、それぞれの監視手段で生成される、前記単電池の状態に関するHiレベル信号またはLoレベル信号のビット数に応じた信号であって、前記単電池の状態に関するLoレベル信号のビット数と同じビット数のHiレベル信号で生成される1パルスの信号であることを特徴とする組電池の制御装置。
