Claims (15)
- バッテリーパックを管理するバッテリー管理システムであって、
前記バッテリーパックに含まれた二次電池を管理するN(Nは2以上の自然数)個のバッテリー管理ユニット;
前記バッテリー管理システムを制御する外部装置にデータを送信できるように各バッテリー管理ユニットに電気的に連結されたN本の通信ライン;
前記外部装置と前記バッテリー管理システムとを電気的に絶縁しながら信号を伝達する絶縁素子;
制御信号によって前記N本の通信ラインのうちいずれか1本の通信ラインを前記絶縁素子と選択的に連結する選択的連結装置;を含み、
前記各バッテリー管理ユニットは、時分割によって2以上のデータを伝送することを特徴とするバッテリー管理システム。 - 前記選択的連結装置は、
スイッチ;及び
前記スイッチに制御信号を出力するスイッチ制御器;を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリー管理システム。 - 前記選択的連結装置は、演算装置であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリー管理システム。
- 前記絶縁素子は、フォトカプラであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリー管理システム。
- 前記各バッテリー管理ユニットと通信ラインとの間に電気的に連結されたレベルシフトをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリー管理システム。
- 前記スイッチ制御器は、前記外部装置と絶縁素子を介して連結され、前記外部装置によって制御されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリー管理システム。
- 前記各バッテリー管理ユニットは、データ伝送準備区間及びデータ伝送区間のスタートポイントで信号のロジッグレベルが変化するADSYNCを用いて時分割によって2以上のデータを伝送することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリー管理システム。
- 前記ADSYNCのデータ伝送区間に含まれる2以上のデータは、それぞれのデータの幅が同じであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のバッテリー管理システム。
- 前記ADSYNCのデータ伝送区間に含まれる2以上のデータは、前記データ伝送区間のスタートポイントに近いデータの幅よりスタートポイントから遠いデータの幅が広いことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のバッテリー管理システム。
- 前記データの幅は、前記データ伝送区間のスタートポイントに近いデータの幅より前記データ伝送区間のスタートポイントから遠いデータの幅が5%以上増加したことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバッテリー管理システム。
- 前記ADSYNCのデータ伝送区間には、前記データの間に境界を示すパルスが含まれたことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のバッテリー管理システム。
- 前記N個のバッテリー管理ユニットは、隣接した他のバッテリー管理ユニットとの同期化のために両者を電気的に連結させる同期化ラインをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリー管理システム。
- 前記N個のバッテリー管理ユニットは、ADSYNCによって同期化を行うことを特徴とする請求項12に記載のバッテリー管理システム。
- 前記N個のバッテリー管理ユニットは、それぞれフリーランADSYNCを出力し、出力されたフリーランADSYNCのうちいずれか1つのフリーランADSYNCに同期化されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のバッテリー管理システム。
- 前記N個のバッテリー管理ユニットは、前記N個のバッテリー管理ユニットが出力したフリーランADSYNCのうち、データ伝送準備区間の幅及びADSYNC周期の幅が最も狭いフリーランADSYNCに同期化されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のバッテリー管理システム。
