Description
Claims (5)
- 車体の各車輪に対応して備えられて作動流体の給排にしたがって車高を調整する複数の車高調整部と、
前記作動流体を貯留する圧力タンクと、
前記作動流体を圧送するコンプレッサと、
前記車高調整部側と前記圧力タンクとの間に介在する複数の開閉弁と、
前記各車輪の車高値を取得する車高取得部と、
前記車高調整部の車高調整を制御するとともに前記コンプレッサを制御する制御部と、
を備え、
前記複数の開閉弁は、
一端側が前記圧力タンクに接続される第1開閉弁及び第2開閉弁と、一端側が前記コンプレッサの流出側と前記第2開閉弁の他端側に接続されるとともに他端側が前記車高調整部側に接続される第3開閉弁と、一端側が前記コンプレッサの流入側と前記第1開閉弁の他端側に接続されるとともに他端側が前記車高調整部側と接続される第4開閉弁を含み、
前記制御部は、車高上昇過程中に前記車高取得部が取得した車高値に基づく車高調整速度が所定の閾値以下になった場合に前記コンプレッサを駆動して前記作動流体を前記車高調整部側に圧送し、前記圧力タンクから前記車高調整部へ両者間の圧力差により前記作動流体を流動させる場合、前記第1開閉弁と前記第4開閉弁を開弁して形成する第1流路系と前記第2開閉弁と前記第3開閉弁を開弁して形成する第2流路系の少なくとも一方を選択する車高調整装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記車高調整速度を前記車高値の時間微分から取得する請求項1に記載の車高調整装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記車高調整速度が所定の閾値以下の状態が所定期間継続した場合に前記コンプレッサを駆動する請求項1または請求項2に記載の車高調整装置。
- 前記制御部は、
前記圧力タンクから前記車高調整部へ両者間の圧力差により前記作動流体を流動させる場合、前記第1流路系と前記第2流路系を用いる請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の車高調整装置。 - 前記コンプレッサの流出側には、流体再生装置と絞り機構が配置され、前記第2開閉弁の他端側と前記第3開閉弁の一端側とが互いに接続されるとともに前記絞り機構に接続されている請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の車高調整装置。
