Description
本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づいて説明する。図1は本発明の一実施形態であるハイブリッドショベルの全体構成を示す側面図である。図1に示すように、本発明の第1実施形態に係るハイブリッドショベル(ハイブリッド建設機械)は、走行体16−1および旋回体16−2を有する。走行体16−1は、左右の油圧モータ16−10、16−11によりハイブリッドショベルを走行させる機能を備える。なお、図示しない走行用油圧モータ16−11は車体右側に搭載されている。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態に係るハイブリッドショベルについて図12を用いて説明する。なお、第2実施形態は第1実施形態とコントローラ1−8の内部構成の一部が異なる以外は互いに同じ構成である。よって、以下において、第1実施形態と共通する構成についての説明は省略する。

- エンジンと、前記エンジンによって駆動される油圧ポンプと、前記油圧ポンプから吐出される圧油によって駆動される油圧作業部と、前記エンジンとの間で出力の伝達を行う電動・発電機と、前記電動・発電機に電力を供給する蓄電装置と、前記エンジンを、負荷と回転数との関係が、負荷の増加に従って回転数が減少するような所定の傾きを持ったガバナ特性で制御するコントローラと、を備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記エンジンの目標出力を算出する目標エンジン出力演算部と、
前記電動・発電機の目標回転数指令を設定する目標回転数設定部と、
回転数−トルク特性線図上にて、前記目標エンジン出力演算部で算出された前記エンジンの目標出力の値をとる一定出力線と、前記電動・発電機の目標回転指令をとる一定回転数線の交点を求め、この回転数−トルク特性線図上の交点を通るように前記エンジンのガバナ特性を決定する目標ドループ演算部と、
前記目標ドループ演算部で求めたガバナ特性に従って、前記エンジンのガバナ特性を変更するガバナ特性変更部と、
前記目標回転数設定部により設定された目標回転数指令値に従って前記電動・発電機を制御する電動・発電機制御部と、を含むことを特徴とするハイブリッド建設機械。 - 請求項1において、
前記目標エンジン出力演算部は、第1の目標エンジン出力を演算すると共に、前記第1の目標エンジン出力が所定の切替え基準以下のときには前記第1の目標エンジン出力を前記エンジンの目標出力として出力する一方、前記第1の目標エンジン出力が前記所定の切替え基準を超えたときには、前記第1の目標エンジン出力に対して目標出力の増加速度に制限を加えた第2の目標エンジン出力を演算し、前記第2の目標エンジン出力を前記エンジンの目標出力として出力することを特徴とするハイブリッド建設機械。 - 請求項1または2において、
前記コントローラは、前記エンジンの軸上の負荷を演算する負荷演算部と、前記蓄電装置の残量を演算する蓄電残量演算部と、前記蓄電残量演算部の出力に基づいて前記蓄電装置の電力を適切な範囲に保つために必要な充電/放電要求を演算する充放電要求演算部と、さらに含み、
前記目標エンジン出力演算部は、前記充放電要求演算部による演算結果と前記負荷演算部による演算結果とに基づいて前記エンジンの目標出力を算出することを特徴とするハイブリッド建設機械。 - 請求項2において、
前記目標エンジン出力演算部は、前記第2の目標エンジン出力を演算する際の目標出力の増加速度を前記エンジンの運転状態に応じて逐次変更することを特徴とするハイブリッド建設機械。 - 請求項2において、
前記エンジンは、ターボチャージャ式の過給機および前記エンジンの過給圧を測定する過給圧センサを備え、
前記目標エンジン出力演算部は、前記第2の目標エンジン出力を演算する際の目標出力の増加速度を、前記過給圧センサからの出力値の増減に応じて増減することを特徴とするハイブリッド建設機械。 - 請求項2において、
