Description
車両衝突が発生すると、システム制御回路70と放電制御回路90とを電気的に接続するケーブルが破損するおそれがある。すなわち、システム制御回路70と放電制御回路90との通信ができなくなるおそれがある。システム制御回路70と放電制御回路90との通信ができないときには、システム制御回路70から衝突信号が出力されたとしても、放電制御回路90に衝突信号が入力されない。その結果、燃料電池スタック10の放電作用が行われない。

Claims (5)
- 燃料ガスと酸化剤ガスとの電気化学反応により電力を発生すると共に発生した電力を車両駆動用電気モータに供給する燃料電池スタックと、
燃料電池スタックに電気制御式の放電スイッチを介して電気的に接続された第1の放電用電気抵抗と、
放電スイッチのオンオフを制御する放電制御回路と、
車両衝突を検出して放電制御回路に衝突信号を出力する衝突検出器と、
を備え、
放電制御回路は衝突信号が入力されたときに放電スイッチをオンにして燃料電池スタックを第1の放電用電気抵抗に電気的に接続し、それにより燃料電池スタックが放電されるようにした、電動車両の制御装置であって、
放電制御回路の電源が燃料電池スタックから構成される、
電動車両の制御装置。 - 放電制御回路は起動時に衝突信号が入力されているときには放電スイッチをオンにするように構成されている、請求項1に記載の電動車両の制御装置。
- 放電制御回路は放電制御回路と衝突検出器との通信が可能か否かを判断し、通信が可能と判断されたときには衝突信号が入力されたときに放電スイッチをオンにし、通信が不可能と判断されたときには衝突信号の入力がなくても放電スイッチをオンにする、請求項1又は2に記載の電動車両の制御装置。
- 燃料ガスと酸化剤ガスとの電気化学反応により電力を発生すると共に発生した電力を車両駆動用電気モータに供給する燃料電池スタックと、
燃料電池スタックに電気制御式の放電スイッチを介して電気的に接続された第1の放電用電気抵抗と、
放電スイッチのオンオフを制御する放電制御回路と、
車両衝突を検出して放電制御回路に衝突信号を出力する衝突検出器と、
を備え、放電スイッチがオンにされると燃料電池スタックが第1の放電用電気抵抗に電気的に接続され、それにより燃料電池スタックが放電されるようにした、電動車両の制御装置であって、
放電制御回路と衝突検出器との通信が可能か否かを判断し、
通信が可能と判断されたときには衝突信号が入力されたときに放電スイッチをオンにし、
通信が不可能と判断されたときには衝突信号の入力がなくても放電スイッチをオンにする、
電動車両の制御装置。 - 燃料ガスと酸化剤ガスとの電気化学反応により電力を発生すると共に発生した電力を車両駆動用電気モータに供給する燃料電池スタックと、
燃料電池スタックに電気制御式の放電スイッチを介して電気的に接続された第1の放電用電気抵抗と、
放電スイッチのオンオフを制御する放電制御回路と、
車両衝突を検出して放電制御回路に衝突信号を出力する衝突検出器と、
を備え、放電スイッチがオンにされると燃料電池スタックが第1の放電用電気抵抗に電気的に接続され、それにより燃料電池スタックが放電されるようにした、電動車両の制御方法であって、
放電制御回路と別の制御回路との通信が可能か否かを判断するステップと、
通信が可能と判断されたときには衝突信号が入力されたときに放電スイッチをオンにし、
通信が不可能と判断されたときには衝突信号の入力がなくても放電スイッチをオンにするステップと、
を含む、制御方法。
