Claims (11)
- 内燃機関に関する排ガス再循環のための装置であって、
フランジ(1)が、内燃機関のシリンダヘッドに直接設置され、シール(4)が前記フランジ(1)と前記シリンダヘッドとの間に配置されており、
前記フランジ(1)が通過領域(5)を有し、燃焼用空気(L)が前記フランジ(1)の通過領域(5)からシリンダの少なくとも1つの吸気通路内へ直接流入し、
再循環される排ガスのための流入部が前記フランジ(1)に設けられており、
前記フランジ(1)が給気冷却器(7)と前記シリンダヘッドとの間に配置され、
吸気管モジュールが前記フランジ(1)に固定し得るモジュール体(6)を有し、
前記給気冷却器(7)が扁平管(7a)の積層体を備えており、前記吸気管モジュールに組み込まれており、
排ガスを案内する通路(10)が前記通過領域(5)の横方向にわたって延在し、前記通路(10)が複数の流出開口部(12)を含み、
排ガスを案内する通路溝(11)が前記フランジ(1)の内縁に構成されており、この通路溝(11)が、前記内縁の少なくとも一部分にわたって延在し、前記排ガスが、前記通路溝(11)の1つ以上の開口部(12)を通って燃焼用空気(L)内へ流入し、
排ガスを案内する管路部材(10、15)が、前記通過領域(5)内へ突出し、かつ、少なくとも1つの流出開口部(12)を有し、前記フランジ(1)に配置されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記流出開口部(12)が、位置および/または大きさについて所定通りに構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記フランジ(1)が、単一材料で前記通路溝(11)と一体的に構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記通路溝(11)の前記少なくとも1つの開口部(12)が連通部材(13)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記連通部材(13)が、遮蔽キャップ(13)として、および/または、前記通過領域内へ突出するノズル部材として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記管路部材(10、15)が、その全長にわたって分散された複数の流出開口部(12)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記管路部材(10、15)が、流体力学的に最適な断面形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記管路部材(15)内に摺動部材が配置されており、再循環される排ガス量の定量が、前記管路部材(15)に対する前記摺動部材の相対的な移動によって調節可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記フランジ(1)に排ガス用の流入開口部(9)が配置されており、再循環される排ガス量を制御するための調整部材(14)が、直接、流入開口部(9)に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記流入開口部(9)が、前記通過領域(5)の側方に配置されており、排ガスがフランジ平面(2)を基準にして一方の側から供給され、かつ、前記調整部材(14)が前記フランジ平面(2)を基準にしてもう一方の側に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の装置。
- フランジ(1)が吸気管モジュールの一部として構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
