Claims (4)
- 燃料ガスの供給と酸化ガスの供給とを受けて発電する燃料電池と、該燃料電池に供給する前記燃料ガスを貯留する燃料ガスタンクと、車両走行用の電力を蓄電するバッテリーとを搭載した燃料電池搭載車両であって、
車室内空気を空調して車室内に送風する空調制御と、車室外空気を空調して前記車室内に送風する空調制御のいずれかを行う空調制御部と、
車両前方のフードの下方領域であって車室の前方を占める車室前方領域に設置され、前記燃料電池と前記燃料ガスタンクの搭載領域から漏洩した燃料ガスの燃料ガス濃度を前記車室前方領域において検出するガスセンサーとを備え、
前記空調制御部は、前記ガスセンサーの検出ガス濃度を所定の第1閾値濃度と第2閾値濃度と対比し、前記ガスセンサーの検出ガス濃度が前記第2閾値濃度を超えるガス濃度特定状態が発現すると、前記車室内空気の空調を経た前記空調制御を前記車室外空気の空調を経た前記空調制御に優先する優先制御を実行し、前記ガスセンサーの検出ガス濃度が前記第2閾値濃度より高濃度の前記第1閾値濃度以上となると、前記燃料電池への前記燃料ガスの供給を停止して前記バッテリーの蓄電電力で車両走行を行う
燃料電池搭載車両。 - 前記空調制御部は、所定の閾値速度以下の速度で車両が前進走行している状況下で前記ガス濃度特定状態が発現すると、前記優先制御を実行する請求項1に記載の燃料電池搭載車両。
- 請求項1または請求項2に記載の燃料電池搭載車両であって、
車室内に配設されて操作者に操作され、該操作に応じた空調信号を出力する空調操作機器と、
空気を空調する空調機器への吸込空気を車室内空気と車室外空気のいずれかに切り替える内外切替機器と、
前記空調機器で空調済み空気を車室内に送風する送風機器とを備え、
前記空調制御部は、前記空調操作機器の前記空調信号に応じて駆動制御するに当たり、前記ガス濃度特定状態が発現すると、前記内外切替機器と前記送風機器の少なくともいずれかを、前記車室外空気の車室への入り込みが抑制されるように前記空調信号に拘わらず駆動制御することで、前記優先制御を実行する
燃料電池搭載車両。 - 前記空調制御部は、前記内外切替機器と前記送風機器の少なくともいずれかを前記空調信号に拘わらず駆動制御するに当たり、前記内外切替機器を前記空調機器への吸込空気を車室内空気に切替制御し、前記送風機器を風量ゼロを含む風量低減側に駆動制御する請求項3に記載の燃料電池搭載車両。
