Claims (6)
- 回転軸周りのアンバランスを有するタービンインペラと、
回転軸周りのアンバランスを有するコンプレッサインペラと、
前記タービンインペラおよび前記コンプレッサインペラを互いに接続するシャフトと、
前記シャフトの軸方向一方端部に形成される雄ねじに螺合して、前記シャフトの軸方向一方端領域に前記タービンインペラおよび前記コンプレッサインペラのいずれか一方を連結固定するナットとを備え、
前記ナットは、軸方向に貫通する中心孔と、前記中心孔に形成されて前記シャフトの前記雄ねじに螺合する雌ねじ部と、前記シャフトの前記軸方向一方端部よりもさらに軸方向一方端に延びる軸方向一方端部を有し、前記ナットの前記軸方向一方端部は、前記タービンインペラ、前記コンプレッサインペラ、および前記シャフトを含む全体のアンバランスが減少するよう、前記中心孔の変形を伴って塑性変形されることを特徴とする、インペラ回転体。 - 前記シャフトの軸方向他方端部は、前記タービンインペラおよび前記コンプレッサインペラの残る他方と一体結合する、請求項1に記載のインペラ回転体。
- 前記ナットの前記軸方向一方端部は、インペラ回転体の回転バランスが修正されるようかしめ加工される、請求項1または2に記載のインペラ回転体。
- 前記ナットは、回転軸周りに間隔を空けて配設される複数の突起部を有し、
前記突起部は、インペラ回転体の回転バランスが修正されるよう折り曲げ変形される、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のインペラ回転体。 - 前記突起部は、前記ナットの軸方向一方端部に配設されて前記シャフトの軸方向一方端部よりもさらに軸方向一方に突出する、請求項4に記載のインペラ回転体。
- 回転軸周りのアンバランスを有する回転部材と、
前記回転部材と接続するシャフトと、
前記シャフトの軸方向一方端部に形成される雄ねじに螺合して、前記シャフトの軸方向一方端領域に前記回転部材を連結固定するナットとを備え、
前記ナットは、軸方向に貫通する中心孔と、前記中心孔に形成されて前記シャフトの前記雄ねじに螺合する雌ねじ部と、前記シャフトの前記軸方向一方端部よりもさらに軸方向一方端に延びる軸方向一方端部を有し、前記ナットの前記軸方向一方端部は、これら回転部材、シャフト、およびナットを含む全体のアンバランスが減少するよう、前記中心孔の変形を伴って塑性変形されることを特徴とする、回転体。
