Claims (13)
- 車両に搭載されるショックアブソーバであって、
第1の上端と第1の下端とを有する金属製の内側部分と、
前記内側部分に一体成形された複合材料からなる外側部分と、を備え、
前記外側部分は、
前記内側部分の前記第1の上端がその上に折り畳まれる第2の上端及び前記内側部分の前記第1の下端がその上に折り畳まれる第2の下端の少なくとも一方と、
サスペンションスプリングを支持するシートを有する中間部分と、を含む
ショックアブソーバ。 - 請求項1に記載のショックアブソーバであって、
前記外側部分の前記第2の下端は、フロントアクスルのナックルアームに結合可能な2個のほぼ平行なブラケットを有するショックアブソーバ。 - 請求項1に記載のショックアブソーバであって、
前記内側部分は、前記第1の上端の下方に配置される第1の突起と、前記第1の下端の上方に配置される第2の突起と、を有するショックアブソーバ。 - 請求項3に記載のショックアブソーバであって、
前記内側部分は、ほぼ円筒形の全体形状であって、前記第1の突起と前記第2の突起との間で横断面の面積が変化して形成されるショックアブソーバ。 - 請求項1に記載のショックアブソーバであって、
前記中間部分は、フロントアクスルのアンチロールバーに結合可能な固定部を含むショックアブソーバ。 - 請求項5に記載のショックアブソーバであって、
前記固定部には、ネジが貫通可能な穴を有する金属製のリングが結合されるショックアブソーバ。 - 請求項1に記載のショックアブソーバであって、
前記中間部分は、前記シートの下面に結合される第1の剛性リブを含むショックアブソーバ。 - 請求項2に記載のショックアブソーバであって、
前記中間部分は、前記2個のブラケットの上部にそれぞれ結合される第2の剛性リブを含むショックアブソーバ。 - 請求項2に記載のショックアブソーバであって、
前記外側部分の前記第2の下端は、前記ブラケットの間、前記ブラケットの裏側、及びブラケット上の少なくとも1箇所に結合される第3の剛性リブを含むショックアブソーバ。 - 請求項2に記載のショックアブソーバであって、
前記2個のブラケットのそれぞれには、ネジが貫通可能な穴を有する金属製のリングが結合されるショックアブソーバ。 - 請求項10に記載のショックアブソーバであって、
前記外側部分の前記第2の下端の一部分を囲んで少なくとも1つの前記ネジを介して前記ブラケットに結合可能な金属製の補強部材をさらに備えるショックアブソーバ。 - 請求項1に記載のショックアブソーバを2個備える車両用のフロントアクスル。
- 請求項12に記載のフロントアクスルを備える車両。
