Claims (7)
- 壁面部に特徴部が形成されたボトル(2)及びこれに類する容器の検出システムであって、光源側面部(10)を有する照明装置(3)と、少なくとも1つのカメラ(5)を有する光学装置(4)とを備えて成る、ラベルを前記ボトル(2)の継ぎ目上でなく、及び正しく配向して前記ボトル(2)上のエンボス部に貼付するための前記検出システムにおいて、
前記照明装置(3)に複数のLED光源(6)を設けるとともに、前記照明装置(3)を、ボトル壁面部(8)に対して線状の光線(7)を照射するよう構成し、このボトル壁面部(8)に照射される各光線(7)を互いに離間させ、前記照明装置(3)の光源側面部(10)に少なくとも1つの基板(12)を設け、前記LED光源(6)を、該基板(12)において、垂直方向へ列状に互いに間隔を空けつつ配置し、前記カメラ(5)が、前記ボトル(2)の径方向中心へ向けて、前記LED光源(6)側で、該LED光源(6)からの前記光線(7)の光軸の上方又は下方に配置されており、垂直方向の光線模様(15)が前記ボトル壁面部(8)へ照射されるよう前記照明装置(3)を構成したことを特徴とする検出システム。 - 前記ボトル(2)方向に向いた前記光源側面部(10)を有する支持部材(9)を前記照明装置(3)に設けたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の検出システム。
- 前記照明装置(3)を、少なくともその光源側面部(10)において円弧状に形成したことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の検出システム。
- 前記光学装置(4)に複数のカメラ(5)を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の検出システム。
- 少なくとも1つの前記カメラ(5)に光学レンズ(17)を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の検出システム。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の検出システムを前記ボトルの継ぎ目及び/又は前記エンボス部を識別するために使用することを特徴とする検出システムの使用方法。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の検出システムをラベリング装置において使用することを特徴とする検出システムの使用方法。
