Description
(1)酸化物セラミックを含む歯科用適用体であって、歯科用適用体が
− 酸化物セラミック、好ましくは酸化ジルコニウムを含む本体材料、及び
− 酸化イットリウム及び/又は酸化セリウム安定化酸化ジルコニウムを含む少なくとも一つの被覆
を含み、酸化ジルコニウムに対する被覆内の安定化化合物(C[酸化イットリウム]、C[酸化セリウム])の含有量(mol%)が以下の式を満足することを特徴とする歯科用適用体:
C[酸化イットリウム]+0.6×C[酸化セリウム]≧4
(2)酸化ジルコニウムに対する被覆内の安定化化合物の含有量(mol%)が以下の式を満足することを特徴とする(1)に記載の歯科用適用体:
C[酸化イットリウム]+0.6×C[酸化セリウム]≧6
(3)被覆が酸化イットリウム安定化酸化ジルコニウムを含むこと、及び酸化ジルコニウムに対する被覆内の酸化イットリウム含有量が少なくとも6mol%であることを特徴とする(1)又は(2)に記載の歯科用適用体。
(4)被覆が酸化セリウム安定化酸化ジルコニウムを含むこと、及び酸化ジルコニウムに対する被覆内の酸化セリウム含有量が少なくとも10mol%であることを特徴とする(1)〜(3)のいずれかに記載の歯科用適用体。
(5)被覆が酸化ジルコニウム含有量に基づいて10〜20重量%、好ましくは12〜15重量%のY2O3含有量を有する酸化ジルコニウムを含むことを特徴とする(1)〜(4)のいずれかに記載の歯科用適用体。
(6)被覆材料が50重量%までのAl2O3を含むことを特徴とする(1)〜(5)のいずれかに記載の歯科用適用体。
(7)被覆材料が50重量%までの量で酸化セリウム安定化酸化ジルコニウムを含むことを特徴とする(1)〜(6)のいずれかに記載の歯科用適用体。
(8)被覆の厚さが5〜300μm、好ましくは10〜150μmの範囲であることを特徴とする(1)〜(7)のいずれかに記載の歯科用適用体。
(9)酸化イットリウム安定化酸化ジルコニウム被覆が主相として立方相を有することを特徴とする(1)〜(8)のいずれかに記載の歯科用適用体。
(10)酸化イットリウム又は酸化セリウム安定化酸化ジルコニウム被覆が粉末から作られ、それが0.20〜1.00μm、好ましくは0.40〜0.90μmの粒子サイズを有することを特徴とする(1)〜(9)のいずれかに記載の歯科用適用体。
(11)歯科用適用体が被覆の上に少なくとも一つのさらなる層を含むことを特徴とする(1)〜(10)のいずれかに記載の歯科用適用体。
(12)少なくとも一つのさらなる層が本体及び被覆と比べて増加した気孔率を有することを特徴とする(11)に記載の歯科用適用体。

Claims (10)
- 酸化物セラミックを含む歯科用適用体であって、歯科用適用体が
− 酸化物セラミックを含む本体材料、及び
− 酸化セリウム安定化酸化ジルコニウムを含む少なくとも一つの被覆
を含み、酸化ジルコニウムに対する被覆内の安定化化合物(C[酸化セリウム])の含有量(mol%)が以下の式を満足すること、酸化セリウム安定化酸化ジルコニウム被覆が粉末から構成されており、それが0.40〜0.90μmの粒子サイズを有すること、及び歯科用適用体が被覆の上に少なくとも一つのさらなる層を含むことを特徴とする歯科用適用体:
0.6×C[酸化セリウム]≧4 - 酸化ジルコニウムに対する被覆内の安定化化合物の含有量(mol%)が以下の式を満足することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の歯科用適用体:
0.6×C[酸化セリウム]≧6 - 被覆が酸化セリウム安定化酸化ジルコニウムを含むこと、及び酸化ジルコニウムに対する被覆内の酸化セリウム含有量が少なくとも10mol%であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の歯科用適用体。
- 被覆が50重量%までのAl2O3を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の歯科用適用体。
- 被覆が50重量%までの量で酸化セリウム安定化酸化ジルコニウムを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の歯科用適用体。
- 被覆の厚さが5〜300μmの範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の歯科用適用体。
- 少なくとも一つのさらなる層が本体及び被覆と比べて増加した気孔率を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の歯科用適用体。
- 本体がインプラント、ブリッジ、アバットメント、クラウン、及び顎顔面領域に使用するためのクラウンのいずれか一つのためのプリカーサ材料であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の歯科用適用体。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の歯科用適用体を製造するための方法であって、方法が
− 酸化物セラミックを含む本体材料を準備すること、
− 酸化セリウム安定化酸化ジルコニウムを含有する少なくとも一つの被覆を適用すること、及び
− 被覆の上に少なくとも一つのさらなる層を形成すること
を含み、酸化ジルコニウムに対する被覆内の安定化化合物(C[酸化セリウム])の含有量(mol%)が以下の式を満足すること、及び酸化セリウム安定化酸化ジルコニウム被覆が粉末から作られ、それが0.40〜0.90μmの粒子サイズを有することを特徴とする方法:
0.6×C[酸化セリウム]≧4 - 歯科用適用体が焼結製品を製造するために焼結処理を受けること、及び焼結が13000〜1600℃の範囲の焼結温度で実施されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
