Claims (18)
- ユーザの手にフィットするように且つペンのように保持及び使用されるように構成されたハウジングであって、前記ハウジングは、第1端部と、第2端部と、前記ハウジングの内部容積内へ供給原料を導入するように構成されたポートと、を有し、前記ハウジングは、前記内部容積と周囲の雰囲気との間に延びる少なくとも1つの冷却口を有する、ハウジングと、
それぞれ前記ハウジングに連結され、前記ハウジングを保持している間にユーザの手により作動するように位置決めされた、第1ボタン及び第2ボタンと、
前記内部容積内に配置され、前記第1ボタン及び前記第2ボタンの操作に応じて制御されるモータと、
歯車列であって、前記歯車列を動作させる前記モータと動作可能に連結され、前記供給原料を受け取るように前記内部容積内に配置され、前記供給原料が前記歯車列と係合したときに前記供給原料を移動させるように構成された、歯車列と、
前記ハウジングの前記第1端部において前記ハウジング内に少なくとも部分的に配置されたノズルアセンブリであって、前記ノズルアセンブリは押出部と出口ノズルとガイドチューブとを有し、前記押出部は絶縁体で囲まれた加熱要素を有し、前記ガイドチューブは前記歯車列と前記押出部の間を延び、前記ガイドチューブの第1端部は前記歯車列から前記供給原料を受け取るように位置決めされ、前記ガイドチューブの第2端部が前記押出部のチャンバーと心合わせされることにより前記供給原料が前記チャンバー内に向けられ、前記押出部は前記ガイドチューブと前記出口ノズルとの間に配置されている、ノズルアセンブリと、
を備えたことを特徴とする3次元(3D)描画装置。 - 前記加熱要素は、前記出口ノズルに隣接して位置決めされ、当該出口ノズルを通る押し出しより前に前記供給原料を溶融させるように構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の3D描画装置。 - 前記出口ノズルにおいて冷却エアの流れを供給するように構成されたファン
を更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の3D描画装置。 - 前記ハウジングは、前記出口ノズルに近接する少なくとも1つの冷却口を有し、当該冷却口は、前記内部容積に流体接続されており、
前記ファンは、前記ハウジング内に配置され、前記内部容積へとエアを引き入れるように構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の3D描画装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの冷却口は、冷却エアの流れを前記内部容積から前記出口ノズルにおいて押し出される供給原料へと向けるように構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の3D描画装置。 - 前記第1ボタン又は前記第2ボタンは、前記モータを、少なくとも前記供給原料を前記出口ノズルから押し出させる第1方向に選択可能に回転させるように構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の3D描画装置。 - 前記第1ボタン又は前記第2ボタンは、前記モータを前記第1方向とは逆の第2方向に選択可能に回転させるように構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の3D描画装置。 - 前記第1ボタンは、前記モータを前記第1方向に、前記供給原料が前記出口ノズルから第1レートで押し出されるような第1速度で回転させ、
前記第2ボタンは、前記モータを前記第1方向に、前記供給原料が前記出口ノズルから前記第1レートより大きい第2レートで押し出されるような第2速度で回転させ、
前記第1ボタン及び前記第2ボタンの同時作動が、前記モータを前記第2方向に回転させる
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の3D描画装置。 - 前記供給原料は、ストランドの形状で供給され、
前記歯車列は、当該最終歯車の回転が前記供給原料のストランドを直線移動させるように前記供給原料のストランドと係合する歯を有する最終歯車を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の3D描画装置。 - 前記ポートは、前記ハウジングの前記第2端部を通って前記内部容積内へ前記供給原料を導入するように構成され、
前記ハウジングは、前記第1端部と前記第2端部との間の長さを有し、前記長さは前記ハウジングの最大横断寸法よりも大きい
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の3D描画装置。 - 第1端部及び第2端部を有する取り付けチューブを更に備え、
前記ガイドチューブの前記第2端部は、前記取り付けチューブの前記第1端部内へ延び、
前記ノズルと反対側の前記押出部の端部は、前記取り付けチューブの前記第2端部内へ延び、
前記取り付けチューブは、前記ノズルと反対側の前記押出部の前記端部と心合わせされて前記ガイドチューブの前記第2端部を保持する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の3D描画装置。 - 第1ハウジング及び第2ハウジングを更に備え、
前記第1ハウジング及び前記第2ハウジングの少なくとも1つが、前記ノズルに近接した冷却口を有している
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の3D描画装置。 - 前記第1ハウジング及び前記第2ハウジングは、それぞれ冷却口を有している
ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の3D描画装置。 - 前記第1ボタンと前記第2ボタンとは、軸方向に整列され、前記第1端部と前記第2端部との間で前記ハウジングの外面に沿って延びている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の3D描画装置。 - 前記第1ボタンの作動が、前記供給原料を第1押し出し速度でノズルから押し出させるように、前記モータを第1モータ速度で第1方向に回転させ、
前記第2ボタンの作動が、前記供給原料を第1押し出し速度より大きい第2押し出し速度でノズルから押し出させるように、前記モータを第2モータ速度で前記第1方向に回転させる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の3D描画装置。 - 前記第1及び第2ボタンの同時作動が、前記モータを第2方向に回転させる
ことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の3D描画装置。 - 前記第1押し出し速度及び前記第2押し出し速度の1以上を調整する可変速度制御機構
を更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の3D描画装置。 - 前記供給原料は、材料のストランドを有し、
前記ポートは、前記材料のストランドを導入するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の3D描画装置。
