纤维增强塑料管挤出机可生产高强的塑料管,且成本大幅度降低,特征在于:由电动机(1),减速机(2),加料斗(3),纤维布卷筒放料轴(4)混炼段挤出桶(7),加热套(8),混炼段螺杆(9),纤维布入口(10),纤维添加段螺杆(11),纤维添加段挤出桶(12),挤出头(13),冷却装置(14),牵引装置(15)组成;其中混炼段和纤维添加段为分体式,更换不同规格的螺杆(11)、挤出桶(12)、挤出头(13)便可生产不同规格的塑料管,放料轴(4)通过支架固定,并可调整位置和与挤出桶的夹角,以适应不同规格和推进速度的需要。

纤维增强塑料管挤出机
技术领域:本发明涉及一种塑料挤出机,尤其是一种纤维增强塑料管挤出机,属塑料加工设备领域。
背景技术:现有的塑料管挤出机大多是只能生产不含增强纤维的塑料管产品,不仅产品强度低,而且为了提高强度,只能少添加填充料,增加树脂比例,成本居高不下,个别的可添加纤维增强材料的挤出机也只能添加短纤维,强度提高有限并添加纤维处在混炼段,因此设备磨损严重。
发明内容:为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种纤维增强塑料管挤出机,可以添加纤维布作为增强材料,使塑料管的强度与钢管的强度接近,并可降低生产成本,实现上述发明所采取的技术方案特征在于:由电动机(1),减速机(2),加料斗(3),纤维布卷筒放料轴(4)混炼段挤出桶(7),加热套(8),混炼段螺杆(9),纤维布入口(10),纤维添加段螺杆(11),纤维添加段挤出桶(12)挤出头(13),冷却装置(14),牵引装置(15)组成;其中电动机(1)与减速机(2)连接,减速机(2)与螺杆(9)连接,螺杆(9)与螺杆(11)连接,挤出桶(7)的加料斗一端通过轴承与螺杆(9)的一端连接,挤出桶(7)的另一端与挤出桶(12)连接,螺杆(9)的另一端与螺杆(12)连接,挤出桶(12)与挤出头(13)连接,挤出头(13)与冷却装置(14)连接,牵引装置(15)可以用独立的动力,也可以用电动机(1)通过传动机构驱动,加热套(8)在挤出桶外表面,并通过通过温控、电控装置与电源连接,挤出桶(12)处开有轴向扁长的纤维布入口(10),加料斗位于挤出桶(7)的起始段,放料轴(4)通过支架固定,并可调整位置和与挤出桶的夹角,当混炼后的塑料推进到螺杆(11)处使,将纤维布(6)从入口(10)输入,卷在螺杆(11)上,并向挤出头方向移动,螺杆(11)梯形槽内的塑料和螺杆(9)外侧的塑料会均匀的分布在纤维布的内外,再通过挤出头(12)挤出,经冷却定型并牵引拉出,更换不同规格的螺杆(11)、挤出桶(12)、挤出头(13)便可生产不同规格的塑料管,本发明的有益效果在于:大幅度通过塑料管的强度并降低成本,下面结合附图和实施例进一步说明。

1.纤维增强塑料管挤出机的特征在于:由电动机(1),减速机(2),加料斗(3),纤维布卷筒放料轴(4)混炼段挤出桶(7),加热套(8),混炼段螺杆(9),纤维布入口(10),纤维添加段螺杆(11),纤维添加段挤出桶(12)挤出头(13),冷却装置(14),牵引装置(15)组成;其中电动机(1)与减速机(2)连接,减速机(2)与螺杆(9)连接,螺杆(9)与螺杆(11)连接,挤出桶(7)的加料斗一端通过轴承与螺杆(9)的一端连接,挤出桶(7)的另一端与挤出桶(12)连接,螺杆(9)的另一端与螺杆(12)连接,挤出桶(12)与挤出头(13)连接,挤出头(13)与冷却装置(14)连接,牵引装置(15)可以用独立的动力,也可以用电动机(1)通过传动机构驱动,加热套(8)在挤出桶外表面,并通过通过温控、电控装置与电源连接,加料斗位于挤出桶(7)的起始段。
2.纤维增强塑料管挤出机的特征在于:挤出桶(12)处开有轴向扁长的纤维布入口(10),放料轴(4)通过支架固定,并可调整位置和与挤出桶的夹角,以适应不同管径和挤出速度的需要,当混炼后的塑料推进到螺杆(11)处使,将纤维布(6)从入口(10)输入,卷在螺杆(11)上,并向挤出头方向移动,螺杆(11)梯形槽内的塑料和螺杆(9)外侧的塑料会均匀的分布在纤维布的内外,再通过挤出头(12)挤出,经冷却定型并牵引拉出。
3.纤维增强塑料管挤出机的特征在于:混炼段和纤维添加段为分体式,更换不同规格的螺杆(11)、挤出桶(12)、挤出头(13)便可生产不同规格的塑料管。
