上記実施形態を例えば次のように変更してもよい。
Claims (8)
- 燃焼室(23)内に燃料を直接噴射する燃料噴射弁(21)と、前記燃焼室内において点火火花を生じさせる点火手段(34)とを有し、前記燃料噴射弁から噴射された燃料が前記点火手段の点火により燃焼に供される筒内噴射エンジン(10)の制御装置(40)であって、
前記エンジンの1燃焼サイクルで前記点火手段の点火前に、前記燃焼室内においてそれぞれリーン空燃比の混合気を形成するよう前記燃料噴射弁による複数回の第1噴射を行わせる第1噴射制御手段と、
同じく前記点火手段の点火前で、かつ前記第1噴射よりも後に、前記燃焼室内においてリッチ空燃比の混合気を形成するよう前記燃料噴射弁による第2噴射を行わせる第2噴射制御手段と、
を備え、前記1燃焼サイクルで前記燃焼室全体としてリーンとなる混合気が形成されるようになっており、
前記第1噴射制御手段は、前記複数回の第1噴射のうち前に実施される第1噴射が後に実施される第1噴射よりも希薄の混合気を形成するようにしてこれら複数回の第1噴射を実施し、
前記第2噴射制御手段は、前記点火手段による点火時期の直前に1回のみ前記第2噴射を実施するものであることを特徴とする筒内噴射エンジンの制御装置。 - 前記第1噴射制御手段は、前記複数回の第1噴射を、前記エンジンの吸気行程にて実施する請求項1に記載の筒内噴射エンジンの制御装置。
- 前記1燃焼サイクルで前記燃焼室内に噴射される全噴射量について、前記エンジンの燃焼安定性に関するパラメータに基づいて前記各第1噴射と前記第2噴射との各々の燃料量の分割率を算出する分割率算出手段を備え、
前記第1噴射制御手段及び前記第2噴射制御手段は、前記全噴射量を変えずに、前記分割率に応じて算出された燃料量に基づいて、前記複数回の第1噴射と前記第2噴射とをそれぞれ実施する請求項1又は2に記載の筒内噴射エンジンの制御装置。 - 前記点火手段の点火時期を遅角化する点火遅角手段を備え、
前記分割率算出手段は、前記パラメータとしての前記点火手段による点火時期が遅角であるほど、前記各第1噴射の分割率を小さくし、かつ前記第2噴射の分割率を大きくする請求項3に記載の筒内噴射エンジンの制御装置。 - 前記エンジンの温度を検出する温度検出手段を備え、
前記分割率算出手段は、前記パラメータとしてのエンジン温度が低いほど、前記各第1噴射の分割率を小さくし、かつ前記第2噴射の分割率を大きくする請求項3又は4に記載の筒内噴射エンジンの制御装置。 - 前記エンジンの実圧縮比を可変とする圧縮比可変手段を備え、
前記分割率算出手段は、前記パラメータとしての前記実圧縮比が低いほど、前記各第1噴射の分割率を小さくし、かつ前記第2噴射の分割率を大きくする請求項3乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の筒内噴射エンジンの制御装置。 - 前記エンジンにおいて既燃ガスの残留量である内部EGR量を算出する手段を備え、
前記分割率算出手段は、前記パラメータとしての前記内部EGR量が多いほど、前記各第1噴射の分割率を小さくし、かつ前記第2噴射の分割率を大きくする請求項3乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の筒内噴射エンジンの制御装置。 - 前記エンジンの筒内燃焼圧、回転変動又はトルク変動に基づいて燃焼ばらつきを算出する手段を備え、
前記分割率算出手段は、前記パラメータとしての前記燃焼ばらつきが大きいほど、前記各第1噴射の分割率を小さくし、かつ前記第2噴射の分割率を大きくする請求項3乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の筒内噴射エンジンの制御装置。
