Claims (7)
- 内燃機関(10)で燃焼させる燃料を噴射する燃料噴射弁(21)と、前記燃料噴射弁による前記燃料の噴射率を調整する噴射率調整部(21B)とを備える内燃機関に適用される制御装置(70)であって、
排気の一部が気筒内に残留する内部EGR量を推定可能なパラメータに基づき、前記噴射率調整部に前記噴射率を調整させるための指令信号を生成する信号生成部と、
前記信号生成部により生成された前記指令信号を前記噴射率調整部に出力する出力部と、を備え、
前記パラメータは、前記内燃機関における排気弁の下流部を流れる前記排気の圧力としての下流部排気圧力値であり、
前記信号生成部は、前記内燃機関が所定の低負荷運転状態である場合に、前記下流部排気圧力値が低いほど、前記噴射率調整部に前記噴射率を低く調整させるように前記指令信号を生成し、
前記所定の低負荷運転状態とは、前記燃料噴射弁に対して要求する燃料噴射量である要求噴射量が、前記燃料噴射弁に供給される前記燃料の現在の圧力において、前記燃料噴射弁が所定精度よりも高い精度で燃料噴射量を制御することが可能な前記要求噴射量の下限値以下となる内燃機関の運転状態に該当する内燃機関の制御装置。 - 1燃焼サイクル期間中に1気筒に噴射させる燃料の要求噴射量を複数回に分割して噴射する分割噴射を前記燃料噴射弁に実施させる燃料噴射制御部を備え、
前記信号生成部は、前記燃料噴射制御部により分割噴射が実施される場合に、前記下流部排気圧力値が低いほど、前記噴射率調整部に前記噴射率を低く調整させるように前記指令信号を生成する、請求項1に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記内燃機関は、排気を浄化する触媒装置(60)が設けられており、
前記触媒装置の温度が触媒活性化温度に達していないことを条件として、排気の温度を上昇させる触媒暖機制御を実施する触媒暖機制御部を備え、
前記燃料噴射制御部は、前記触媒暖機制御部により触媒暖機制御が実施される場合に、前記分割噴射を実施する、請求項2に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記内燃機関は、吸気を過給する過給機(30)を備えている、請求項1又は2に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 前記内燃機関は、前記過給機よりも下流側に排気を浄化する触媒装置(60)が設けられており、
前記触媒装置を通った際に生じる前記排気の圧力損失を算出する圧力損失算出部と、
前記圧力損失算出部により算出された前記圧力損失の絶対値と、大気圧と、の和に基づいて、前記過給機よりも下流側であり、且つ、前記触媒装置よりも上流側を流れる前記排気の圧力値である過給機下流側排気圧力値を算出する下流側排気圧力値算出部と、
前記内燃機関における前記排気弁の下流部であり、かつ、前記過給機よりも上流側を流れる排気の圧力値と、前記過給機下流側排気圧力値と、の圧力比を前記過給機に流れる前記排気の流量に基づいて設定する圧力比設定部と、
前記圧力比設定部により設定された前記圧力比と、前記下流側排気圧力値算出部により算出された前記過給機下流側排気圧力値と、に基づいて前記内燃機関における前記排気弁の下流であり、かつ、前記過給機よりも上流を流れる排気の圧力値を前記下流部排気圧力値として算出する下流部排気圧力値算出部と、
を備える請求項4に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記噴射率調整部は、前記燃料噴射弁に供給される前記燃料の圧力を調整する燃料圧力調整部(21B)である請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 前記内燃機関は、前記燃料噴射弁から前記内燃機関の燃焼室(23)内に燃料を直接噴射する直噴式である請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
