Description
Claims (8)
- インナ軸部材の外周に軸直角方向で対向する一組のアウタ分割体が配されて、それらインナ軸部材と一組のアウタ分割体とが本体ゴム弾性体によって相互に弾性連結されており、該インナ軸部材が鉄道用車両の台車フレームに取り付けられると共に、該一組のアウタ分割体が軸ハリの一端に設けられた筒状のハウジング部に取り付けられることにより、該台車フレームと該軸ハリを弾性連結する軸ハリ用筒形弾性連結装置において、
前記本体ゴム弾性体には外周面に開口するポケット部が形成されており、前記一組のアウタ分割体の何れか一方に貫通形成された窓部を通じて該ポケット部が外部へ開放されていると共に、該ポケット部には前記インナ軸部材によって支持されたストッパが配されており、該ストッパが該窓部を通じて前記ハウジング部と軸直角方向に離れて対向配置されて、該ストッパと該ハウジング部との当接によって該インナ軸部材と該一組のアウタ分割体の相対変位量を制限する変位制限機構が構成される一方、
該一組のアウタ分割体の何れか他方には開口部が形成されており、該本体ゴム弾性体が該ポケット部と反対側において該開口部を通じて外部に露出せしめられていることを特徴とする軸ハリ用筒形弾性連結装置。 - 前記開口部が何れか他方の前記アウタ分割体の周方向端部に形成されている請求項1に記載の軸ハリ用筒形弾性連結装置。
- 前記開口部の開口面積が前記窓部の開口面積よりも大きくされている請求項2に記載の軸ハリ用筒形弾性連結装置。
- 前記開口部が何れか他方の前記アウタ分割体の周方向中間部分に形成されている請求項1に記載の軸ハリ用筒形弾性連結装置。
- 前記開口部が前記窓部と同じ開口形状および開口面積で形成されていると共に、該開口部が該窓部に対して軸直角方向に対向する位置に配置されている請求項4に記載の軸ハリ用筒形弾性連結装置。
- 前記本体ゴム弾性体には外周面に開口する肉抜凹所が形成されており、該肉抜凹所が前記開口部を通じて外部へ開放されている請求項4または5に記載の軸ハリ用筒形弾性連結装置。
- 前記ハウジング部が前後一組の半筒部材で構成されており、該ハウジング部の該前後一組の半筒部材が前記一組のアウタ分割体に対して対向方向の外側からそれぞれ重ね合わされて取り付けられる請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の軸ハリ用筒形弾性連結装置。
- 前記一組のアウタ分割体の少なくとも一方と前記ハウジング部を周方向で相互に位置決めする位置決め手段が設けられている請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の軸ハリ用筒形弾性連結装置。
