Description
Claims (5)
- 防振連結される一方の部材に取り付けられる第一の取付部材が第二の取付部材における円筒状部の軸方向一方の開口部側に離隔配置されて、それら第一の取付部材と第二の取付部材が本体ゴム弾性体で連結されることにより防振マウント本体が構成されていると共に、該防振マウント本体の該第二の取付部材における該円筒状部に対して別体の筒形ブラケットが外嵌固定されており、該第二の取付部材が該筒形ブラケットを介して防振連結される他方の部材に取り付けられる防振マウント組立体において、
前記防振マウント本体には、前記第二の取付部材の軸方向一方の開口周縁部にフランジ状部を設けると共に、該第二の取付部材の前記円筒状部の外周面に嵌着ゴムを被着形成して該円筒状部の外周面を周方向に延びる環状係止面を該嵌着ゴムで突出形成する一方、
前記筒形ブラケットには、非鉄金属または合成樹脂材からなる軽量材製のものを採用すると共に、該筒形ブラケットの内周面を軸方向中間部分から軸方向両側開口部に向かって次第に拡径する上テーパ面と下テーパ面で構成し、該筒形ブラケットにおける該上テーパ面側の開口端面に前記防振マウント本体の前記第二の取付部材の前記フランジ状部を軸方向に重ね合わせると共に、該上テーパ面と該嵌着ゴムとの径方向対向面間に隙間を設ける一方、
該筒形ブラケットの該下テーパ面を該第二の取付部材に形成された前記嵌着ゴムに押し当てて、該下テーパ面を該嵌着ゴムの前記環状係止面に当接係止させることにより、該防振マウント本体の該筒形ブラケットからの抜け抗力が発揮されるようにしたことを特徴とする防振マウント組立体。
- 前記筒形ブラケットの前記下テーパ面が、前記上テーパ面との境界部分において、前記防振マウント本体の前記第二の取付部材における前記環状係止面に対して当接係止されている請求項1に記載の防振マウント組立体。
- 前記筒形ブラケットの内周面において前記上テーパ面と前記下テーパ面の境界に位置して周方向に延びる稜線が、前記第二の取付部材の前記円筒状部の外径寸法よりも大きな内径寸法をもって形成されている請求項1又は2に記載の防振マウント組立体。
- 前記嵌着ゴムの外周面に軸方向で延びる複数の凹部が形成されている請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の防振マウント組立体。
- 前記嵌着ゴムの軸方向中間部分に環状の段差面が形成されており、該嵌着ゴムにおいて該段差面の軸方向一方の側に位置する部分に対して他方の側に位置する部分を外周側に突出せしめることにより該段差面で前記環状係止面が構成されていると共に、該嵌着ゴムにおいて該段差面の軸方向他方の側に位置して外周側に突出する部分が前記筒形ブラケットの前記下テーパ面に当接せしめられて圧縮変形せしめられている請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の防振マウント組立体。
