Description
この荷台高さ調整システムによれば、信号が入力されない間は開放状態又は閉鎖状態を保持するマグネチックバルブを採用し、マグネチックバルブの開閉によりダンプ状態と標準状態とを切り換えることにより、比較的簡素な構成で、荷物の積み下ろしの利便性向上を達成することができる。
この荷台高さ調整システムによれば、レベリングバルブの排気によりエアースプリングの高さをダンプ状態に調整することができるので、ダンプ状態専用の排気バルブを設ける場合と比べて、部品数を少なくすることができ、システム構成の簡素化及び低コスト化を図ることができる。
Claims (2)
- 車両の荷台の高さを調整する荷台高さ調整システムであって、
前記荷台を支持するエアースプリングと、
エアータンクに接続され、前記エアータンクからのエアーの供給及び排気により前記エアースプリングの高さを調整するバルブユニットと、
前記バルブユニットに接続されたダンプ信号ライン及び復帰信号ラインを有するリレーと、
前記バルブユニットからのエアーの供給の有無によってON状態とOFF状態とが切り換わる圧力スイッチと、
前記圧力スイッチがON状態の場合に通電時点灯状態となり、前記圧力スイッチがOFF状態の場合に消灯状態となるインジケータと、
を備え、
前記バルブユニットは、
前記ダンプ信号ラインの信号入力により前記エアースプリングの高さをダンプ状態に調整すると共に、前記復帰信号ラインの信号入力により前記エアースプリングの高さを標準状態に復帰させ、信号が入力されない間は前記ダンプ状態又は前記標準状態を保持し、
前記エアータンクに接続されたマグネチックバルブと、前記エアータンク及び前記マグネチックバルブに接続された排気バルブと、を有し、
前記マグネチックバルブは、
前記ダンプ信号ライン及び前記復帰信号ラインに接続され、
前記ダンプ信号ラインの信号入力により、前記エアータンクからのエアーを前記排気バルブ及び前記圧力スイッチに供給する開放状態に切り換わると共に、前記復帰信号ラインの信号入力により、前記エアータンクからのエアーを遮断する閉鎖状態に切り換わり、信号が入力されない間は前記開放状態又は前記閉鎖状態を保持し、
前記開放状態時には、前記エアータンクからのエアーを前記排気バルブ及び前記圧力スイッチに供給し、前記車両のエンジンキーがOFF状態にされても前記開放状態を維持し、
前記排気バルブは、
前記マグネチックバルブの前記閉鎖状態時に前記マグネチックバルブを介さずに供給された前記エアータンクからのエアーを前記エアースプリング内に供給し、前記エアースプリングの高さが前記標準状態となるように調整し、
前記マグネチックバルブの前記開放状態時に前記マグネチックバルブから供給されたエアーによって前記エアースプリング内のエアーを排気するように動作され、前記エアースプリングの高さを前記ダンプ状態に調整することを特徴とする車両の荷台高さ調整システム。 - 前記排気バルブは、前記エアータンクに接続され、エアーの供給及び排気により前記エアースプリングの高さを調整するレベリングバルブであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両の荷台高さ調整システム。
